WG-Zimmer in der Innenstadt

Gelebt wird im 4. OG in der Roten Straße, im Herzen von Göttingen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Nahverkehr und prinzipiell alles andere ist sehr schnell fußläufig erreichbar, was bei der Lage keine Überraschung sein sollte. Durch die Lage im 4. OG und zum Innenhof hinaus bleibt der Lärm des Stadtgetummels sehr gedämpft, wofür man vor allem am Wochenende sehr dankbar ist.



We live on the 4th floor at Rote Straße 10, in the heart of Göttingen. Shopping facilities, local transport and basically everything else is very quickly within walking distance, which should not be a surprise given the location. Due to the location on the 4th floor and out to the courtyard, the noise of the city bustle remains very muted, for which one is very grateful, especially on weekends.

Du würdest mit Tobi und Jonas zusammenleben, zwei Physikdoktoranden mit denen sich alles sehr unkompliziert gestaltet. Beide haben aufgrund ihrer Tätigkeit viel zu tun, wobei natürlich noch Zeit für die schönen Dinge bleibt. Tobi ist sehr sportlich unterwegs und fährt auch mal morgens 100 km Fahrrad, bevor er ins Institut rollt. Zudem backt er regelmäßig sehr gutes Brot und grinst sehr viel. Er wird wahrscheinlich kurze Zeit nach deinem potentiellen Einzug nach Berlin ziehen. Jonas ist ein sehr ruhiger und ausgeglichener Geselle und genießt gutes Essen ebenso gerne und kocht gelegentlich auch mal für alle (Käsespätzle for the win). Generell sind beide in jeglicher Angelegenheit sehr hilfsbereite Gesellen und gut für einen Gin Tonic-Abend zu haben. Gemeinsame Spiele- oder Filmabende sind dabei ebenso möglich, wie Barbesuche oder Frisbee spielen im Park.

Bis jetzt wurden sich grundlegende Nahrungsmittel geteilt und immer mal wieder von jemandem nachgekauft, was aber nicht verpflichtend ist. Solltest du lieber für dich einkaufen und essen, dann ist das natürlich in Ordnung. Es wird ein gewisser Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt, daher lebt die WG größtenteils vegetarisch.

Die WG ist kein Partyzentrum, daher wird jemand gesucht der charakterlich ausgeglichen ist, genug zu tun hat und nicht mehr nur dem Hedonismus fröhnt. Freunde und andere Gäste sind aber natürlich gern gesehen und können im Gästezimmer untergebracht werden, was immer mal wieder vorkommt.



You would live with Tobi and Jonas, two physics PhD students with whom everything is very uncomplicated. Both have a lot to do because of their jobs, but of course there is still time for the good things. Tobi is very sporty and sometimes rides his bike 100 km in the morning before he rolls into the institute. He also regularly bakes very good bread and grins a lot. He will probably move to Berlin shortly after you potentially move in. Jonas is a very calm and balanced fellow and enjoys good food just as much and occasionally cooks for everyone (Käsespätzle for the win). . In general, both are very helpful in any matter and are good for a gin and tonic evening. Joint games or film evenings are just as possible as bar visits or playing frisbee in the park.

Up to now, basic food has been shared and occasionally bought by someone else, but this is not obligatory. If you prefer to buy and eat for yourself, that is of course fine. There is a certain emphasis on sustainability, so the WG lives mostly vegetarian.

The flat-sharing community is not a party centre, so they are looking for someone with a balanced character who has enough to do and no longer indulges in hedonism. Friends and other guests are of course welcome and can be accommodated in the guest room, which happens from time to time.
