Hallo, ich will im August Urlaub machen daher wollte ich mein Zimmer für August vermieten. Falls du paar Tage extra bleiben musst, können wir das auch ruhig besprechen.
Es ist eine 2 Personen WG. Mein Zimmer ist zwar klein aber da mein ein Hochbett hat, hat man genug Platz. Ich werde natürlich meine Möbel lassen. Im Zimmer ist ein Tisch mit Stuhl, Regal für Kleidung. Alles was im Bett ist wie Decke,Matratze etc wird auch gelassen und ich werde dir gerne saubere Bettwäsche geben. Waschmaschine steht auch im Keller. Miete inklusive alles ist 280€.
Neben dem Zimmer hast du noch ein Wohnzimmer, dort haben wir ein Sofabett und ein Esstisch. In der Küche und Badezimmer hast du auch alles was man braucht. Internet gibt es natürlich auch.
Die Mitbewohnerin ist Johanna und ist super nett,sauber und rücksichtsvoll, sie ist Studentin und arbeitet nebenbei.
Könnt gerne zur Besichtigung vorbeikommen,auch online möglich.
