Hallo! :) Ich biete mein Zimmer im Studentenwerk zur Untervermietung für einen Monat im September an. Frühstes Einzugsdatum wäre der 28.08. und man könnte maximal bis zum 25.10. bleiben. Länger als bis zu diesem Datum kann man leider nicht bleiben, da unser Mietverhältnis abläuft und dann alle Bewohner der WG ausziehen müssen.
Das Zimmer ließe sich z.B. für ein kurzes Praktikum oder als zwischenzeitige Wohnung nutzen, um bequem vor Ort nach einer Wohnung zu suchen.
Miete warm inkl. Nebenkosten: 262€
Kaution: 450€
Zum Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist mit 16m² sehr groß und hat zwei große Fenster, die zur Innenseite des Gebäudes rausgehen, wo ein großer Garten ist. Gerade in den Semesterferien ist es ruhig.
Möbel im Zimmer:
Da ich wegziehe und unser Mietverhältnis im Oktober endet, werde ich leider meine Möbel mitnehmen müssen. Eventuell könnte ich das Bett mit Matratze im Zimmer lassen, sodass zumindest ein Bett da wäre.
Zur Wohnung:
Das Gebäude ist noch nicht sehr alt und sehr angenehm, 1991 erbaut. Die Zimmer gehen alle in die gleiche Richtung vom Flur ab und sind baugleich. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich sind ein verbundener großer Raum. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Es gibt einen Waschkeller, ein Waschgang ist mit 50 Cent sehr günstig.
Eine Besichtigung ist vor Ort oder online möglich. :)

Hello! :) I am offering my room in the Student Union for subletting for one month in September. Earliest move-in date would be 08/28 and you could stay until 10/25 at the most. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay longer than this date, because our lease expires and then all residents of the WG have to move out.
The room could be used, for example, for a short internship or as an interim apartment to conveniently look for an apartment on site.
Rent warm incl. utilities: 262€
deposit: 200€
About the room:
The room is very large with 16m² and has two large windows that go out to the inside of the building, where there is a large garden. It is quiet especially during the semester break.
Furniture in the room:
Since I am moving away and our tenancy ends in October, I will unfortunately have to take my furniture with me. Possibly I could leave the bed with mattress in the room, so at least there would be a bed.
About the apartment:
The building is not very old and very pleasant, built in 1991. The rooms all go off in the same direction from the hallway and are identical in construction. The kitchen is fully equipped. Kitchen, living and dining area are one connected big room. Bathroom and toilet are separate. There is a laundry room, a wash cycle is very cheap at 50 cents.
Viewing is possible on site or online. :)
Der Zentralcampus ist 10min zu Fuß oder 5min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, ebenso der Hochschulsport. Zum Nordcampus sind es 2km, zur Innenstadt 1,5km. Der nächste Einkaufsladen ist 1km entfernt und Bushaltestellen sind 5-10min zu Fuß entfernt.

The central campus is a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away, as is the university sports center. It is 2km to the North Campus and 1.5km to the city center. The nearest grocery store is 1km away and bus stops are 5-10min walk.
Wir sind eine 4er WG. Alle sind super nett und gut drauf. Elena studiert Medizin und bereitet sich auf ihr Examen im Oktober vor und ist damit gerade zeitlich sehr ausgelastet. Massi studiert Biologie und ist gerade nicht vor Ort. Friede studiert Mathe und Sport auf Lehramt. Aktuell ist es sehr ruhig in der WG wegen der Semesterferien und auch, weil manche in den Endzügen ihres Studiums sind. :)

We are a group of 4. Everyone is super nice and in a good mood. Elena is studying medicine and is preparing for her exams in October and is therefore very busy at the moment. Massi is studying biology and is not on site at the moment. Friede is studying math and sports to become a teacher. Currently it is very quiet in the WG because of the semester break and also because some are in the final stages of their studies. :)
