Da ich kommendes Semester im Ausland bin, wird mein Zimmer für die Zeit vom 08.02.-30.06. frei.
Mein schönes WG-Zimmer ist 12m² groß und wird möbliert untervermietet, also mit Bett, Kommode und Schreibtisch. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, es gibt also Dachschrägen, die den Zimmern einen ganz besonderen Charme verleihen. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet und in der kompletten Wohnung ist Parkett-Fußboden, das Bad ist grau gefließt.

Since I'll be abroad next semester, my room will be available for sublet from February 8th to June 30th. My lovely furnished shared room is 12m² in size, equipped with a bed, dresser, and a desk. The apartment is in the attic, giving the rooms a special charm with sloping ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped, the entire apartment has parquet flooring, and the bathroom is tiled in gray.

In der kleinen aber feinen 2er-WG wirst du mit Jerrit zusammenwohnen. Er ist berufstätig und immer für eine Koch-Session oder ein Feierabendbierchen zu haben.
In the small but cozy 2-person shared flat, you'll be living with Jerrit. He's employed and always up for a cooking session or an after-work/study beer.
