I will soon move to another city. Because of this reason, I am currently looking for a new tenant who could take over my room from December 1st, 2020 or January 1st, 2021.
My current rental contract only runs until 30.09.2021. However, there is always the possibility to extend the rental contract. You can just ask the Studentenwerk for details.
This is a shared flat in a student residence at Robert-Koch-Straße 38. For renting the room, the future tenant must be a registered student of the university and is on the waiting list of the Göttingen student dormitory. Here is the access to the online application for the dormitories in Göttingen:

About the room:
The room offered here belongs to a nice four-bedroom apartment. The room is approx. 12 sqm, fully furnished with bed, mattress, desk, swivel chair, bookshelf and closets, etc.
Deposit and rent fees:
The one-time deposit costs EUR 400 and the monthly rent is EUR 217, which includes everything you need for the households (heating, water, electricity, cable, WLAN etc.). The only thing that you must pay extra are the broadcasting fees. Certainly, you will share this with the other three roommates so that you only have to pay EUR 13,13 every three months.

Ich ziehe jetzt nach einer anderen Stadt um und suche ab dem 01.12.2020 eine Nachmieterin/ einen Nachmieter. Der genaue Einzugstermin könnte spätestens zum 01.01.2021 sein.
Mein jetziger Mietvertrag läuft zwar nur bis 30.09.2021. Normalerweise besteht es aber immer die Möglichkeit, den Mietvertrag zu verlängern. Das kannst du auch beim Studentenwerk genau nachfragen.
Es handelt sich um ein WG-Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim auf der Robert-Koch-Straße 38. Um das Zimmer mieten zu dürfen, muss die zukünftige Mieter/-in immatrikulierte Studentin der Uni sein. Zimmerdarstellung
Vermietet wird ein Zimmer in einer netten 4er-WG. Das Zimmer beträgt ca. 12 qm2, ist vollmöbliert mit Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch, Rollstuhl, Bücher- und Kleiderschränke, etc.
Küche, Wohnzimmer, 2 WCs (eine mit Dusche und eine andere ohne) wirst du mit drei Mitbewohnerinnen mitbenutzen.
Kosten
Die einmalige Kaution beträgt EUR 400. In den monatlichen Mietkosten für EUR 217 sind alles schon drin (Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Kabel, WLAN etc.). Das einzige, was du extra bezahlen muss, sind die Rundfundbeiträge. Dies wirst du mit den anderen drei Mitbewohnerinnen teilen, so dass du nur EUR 13,13 für alle drei Monate bezahlen muss.

Location and transport:
The apartment is located in a walking distance to the central campus and the university clinic. You can also reach the north campus within 10 minutes by bike. With a bus stop (lines 21, 22, 41, 42) directly in front of the building, you can reach the train station and the city center in only 10 to 20 minutes.
For shops there are Rewe, Penny, Lidl, Aliman markt, etc. within walking distance.

Die Lage ist echt unschlagbar!
Zentralcampus und Uni-Klinikum nur in wenige Gehminuten. Auch den Nord-Campus erreichst du innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Mit Buslinien 21, 22, 41, 42 direkt unter dem Wohnheim beträgt die Entfernung zum Bahnhof und Innenstadt nur ca. 10 bis 20 Minuten.
Rewe, Penny, Lidl, Aliman markt, etc. liegen ebenfalls in wenige Gehminuten.

You will live with three other girls. Two of them, Yusong in her PhD, and Rahila in her bachelor are Physics students. Ana is an M.A. student of English Philology. On weekends, we like to cook together and talk about different topics.
Your future roommates are generally quiet people and don't like parties. They would be very happy if you have already had some experience in sharing a flat with the others and have a certain sense of cleanliness.

Du wirst mit zwei Physikerinnen (Yusong, PhD Student, und Rahila, Bachelorstudent) und einer englischen Philologin (Ana, Masterstudent) zusammenwohnen. Am Wochenende kochen wir gerne zusammen und quatschen über verschiedene Themen.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen würden sehr freuen, wenn du bereits einige WG-Erfahrungen gesammelt hast und ein gewisses Sauberkeit-Empfinden vorhanden bist. Außerdem sind sie generell ruhige Leute und mögen keine Partys.
