Das Zimmer vermiete ich möbiliert unter, wobei ich alles außer den Schrank im Keller aufstauen könnte falls jemand mit seinen kompletten Möbeln einziehen möchte. Einzugs- und Auszugstermin sind sehr flexibel. Der absolut frühste Einzugstermin ist aber der 12 Juli und der späteste der 1 September. Da meine Mitbewohnerin nach Februar wegen ihrem Auslandssemester auch ausziehen muss, würden wir uns auch darüber freuen wenn jemand längerfristig teil unserer WG sein möchte :).
Das Zimmer ist ca. 11 qm groß, kuschlig, und man bekommt alles unter was man braucht. Durch die zwei großen Fenster ist es sehr hell. Es liegt nach Nordosten, was im Sommer auf jeden Fall angenehm ist. Die Fenster sind zudem sehr gut isoliert, so dass man wirklich fast nichts hört wenn sie geschlossen sind. Aber zu der Seite sind eh nur Gärten, man hört also vor allem Vögelgezwitscher und auch sonst ist die Umgebung eher ruhig :) Der Ausblick ist auch super schön! Das ganze Haus wurde vor 2 Jahren frisch renoviert. Zu der neuen Ausstattung gehören zum Beispiel Fußbodenheizung und elektrische Rollläden.
Wir haben nicht nur ein gemeinsamen Garten mit dem Haus, sondern auch eine eigene kleine Dachterasse für unsere WG. Die Küche ist mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd und ganz wichtig einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Das Bad ist modern gestaltet und dank der Fußbodenheizung auch sehr gemütlich.
Im Keller stehen zwei Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner, die sich vom Haus geteilt werden. Auch ein Kellerabteil für die WG ist vorhanden.

I am subletting the room completely furnished. We additionally also have a basement just for our apartment where a lot can be stored in as well. Move-in and move-out dates are very flexible. However, the absolute earliest move-in date is July 12 and the latest September 1.
The room is about 11 square meters, cozy, and you get everything under what you need. It is very bright due to the two large windows. It faces northeast, which is definitely pleasant in the summer. The windows are also very well insulated, so you really hear almost nothing when they are closed (I always sleep with them open and still don't get bother as its not loud in the neighborhood). But to the side are gardens, so you hear mainly birdsong and also otherwise the environment is rather quiet :) The view is also super nice!
The whole house was freshly renovated 2 years ago. The new equipment includes, for example, underfloor heating and electric shutters.
Additionally to our own small roof terrace for our flat we also have a garden that we share with the house (us and 3 really nice student flats). The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, stove and very importantly a dishwasher. The bathroom is modernly designed and thanks to the underfloor heating also very cozy.
In the basement there are also two washing machines and a dryer, which are also shared with the house.
Die Lage am Kreuzbergring ermöglicht es schnell zum Zentral- (7 Minuten) oder Nordcampus (10 Minuten) zu kommen. Auch die Universitätsklinik ist direkt um die Ecke. Zu Fuß ist man auch beim Hochschulsport innerhalb von 5 Minuten und in der Innenstadt in 15 min. Mit dem Fahrrad geht alles sowieso schneller. Die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit ist auch nicht weit und ein Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke. Auch die Bushaltestellen Nonnenstieg und Maria-Montessori-Weg sind schnell erreichbar. Rundum eine sehr gute Lage und man kommt schnell raus ins Grüne, zu den Schillerwiesen, zum Unisport oder in den Göttinger Stadtwald.

The location on Kreuzbergring makes it easy to get to the central (7 minutes) or north campus (10 minutes). The university hospital is also just around the corner. The university sports center is only 5 minutes away on foot, and the city center is only 15 minutes away by bike. The next shopping opportunity is also not far and a bakery is just around the corner. The bus stops Nonnenstieg and Maria-Montessori-Weg are also quickly accessible. All in all, it's a very good location and you can also quickly get to the Schillerwiesen, to university sports or to the Göttingen city forest.
Ich bin ab nächstem Monat im Auslandssemester und muss deswegen meine WG und Göttingen verlassen. Plane jedoch wieder einzuziehen sobald ich wieder in Göttingen bin. Es besteht auch bei Bedarf eventuell die Möglichkeit ein Zimmer komplett zu übernehmen, da meine Mitbewohner auch noch überlegen wegen dem Studium ins Ausland zu gehen (jedoch steht das noch nicht fest).
Zum WG-Leben ist erstmal am wichtigsten, dass es nicht zu einer Zweck-WG wird. Wir sind alle 3 letztes Semester neu nach Göttingen gekommen. Wir gehen öfter mal zusammen die göttinger Barkultur erkundigen, machen Sport sowie bouldern oder beach-volleyball oder an den See mit Freunden etc.. Nehmen aber auch Rücksicht auf unterschiedliche Klausurphasen das man da auch für die Uni produktiv sein kann ohne gestört zu werden.
Philip (24) und Pia (24) studieren beide Development Economics im zweiten Mastersemester. Während Philip super gerne Musik macht und super gut kocht, ist Pia immer motiviert jeglichen sportliche Aktivitäten mit zumachen.
Wenn du Lust hast uns kennen zu lernen wurden wir uns freuen wenn du bei uns vorbei kommst. Per Zoom ist natürlich auch okay wenn du nicht in Göttingen bist.

I'm going to be in a semester abroad starting next month and therefore have to leave my WG and Göttingen. However, I plan to move back in as soon as I am back in Göttingen. There is also the possibility to take over a room completely, because my roommates are also thinking about going abroad because of their studies.
The WG Life is nice and relaxing. All 3 of us came to Göttingen last semester. And in the last months we often went out together in Göttingen to bars, did sports (bouldering, beach volleyball) or chilled in the garden/ at the lake with friends. But we we respect everyone's privacy and need for quite time as well
Philip (24) and Pia (24) are both studying Development Economics in their second Masters semester. While Philip loves to play music and cook, Pia is always motivated to participate in sports activities.

Wir haben hier auch eine gute Hausgemeinschaft. Alles junge offene Leute, sodass wir auch gelegentlich zusammen Zeit im gemeinsam zu nutzenden Garten verbringen.
Ein Überdachter Fahrradstellplatz vor dem Haus, bietet genug Platz für alle Fahrräder.

We also have a good house community here. All young open people, so we also occasionally spend time together in the shared garden.
A covered bicycle parking space in front of the house, offers enough space for all bikes.
There are an additional 100 Euros that include electricity, heating, water, garbage, house cleaning, garden and winter maintenance.
