Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und verfügt über ein großes Fenster. Durch den fast quadratischen Schnitt des Raumes ist es gar kein Problem alle Möbel unter zu bekommen. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Ein weiteres Highlight der WG sind zudem die zwei wirklich großen Balkone, die so ausgerichtet sind, dass man den ganzen Tag in der Sonne sitzen kann.
Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet: neben diversen Küchengeräten ist auch eine Spülmaschine sowie ein zusätzliches Gefrierfach vorhanden.
The room is about 15 square meters and has a large window. Due to the almost square cut of the room, its no problem to fit all your furniture inside. The room is not furnished (the furniture on the pictures belongs to our current flatmate and she will take everything with her).
Another highlight of the WG are our two really large balconies providing us with sunlight all day round.
The kitchen is also very well equipped: in addition to various kitchen appliances, there is also a dishwasher and an additional freezer.
Die Wohnung liegt auf dem Klausberg, quasi oberhalb des Unisports. Sowohl der Z-Campus als auch der Nordcampus sind von hier aus bequem zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt nicht weit weg, du musst jedoch relativ sportlich sein, denn zurück muss man ganz schön strampeln, um den Berg hochzukommen. Aber das ist alles nur eine Frage der Übung und sonst ist die Bushaltestelle auch ganz in der Nähe. Der Bus fährt ca. 10 Minuten zur Uni und ca. 15 Minuten mitten in die Innenstadt.
Ein großes Plus ist der Wald direkt neben an, der zu Spaziergängen, Joggingrunden oder einfach zum Entspannen einlädt.
The apartment is located on the Klausberg. Both the Z-Campus and the North Campus can be easily reached from here. By bike, the city center is not far away, but you have to be relatively athletic, because pedalling back up hill requires some muscle and will power ;) But it's all a matter of practice and otherwise the bus stop is also very close by. The bus takes about 10 minutes to the university and about 15 minutes right into the city center.
A big plus is the forest which is right next door and invites you to go for walks, jogging laps or just to relax.
Wir sind eine 3er WG. Zum einen wohnt Arne hier, der gerade in den Endzügen seines Bachelorstudiums ist und immer für einen Schnack zu haben ist und zum anderen Ella, die gerade promoviert und ihre Zeit ansonsten gerne draußen verbringt.
We are three people sharing the flat. Currently Arne lives here. He is about to finish his Bachelor studies and always good to have a chat with. Besides, Ella is living here as well. She is working on her PhD and likes to spend time outdoors.
