Mein großes und helles Zimmer ist im November verfügbar. Ich biete das Zimmer mit meinen Möbeln an (ohne mein Schreibtisch). Das Zimmer besteht aus 2 unterschiedlichen Zimmern. Das grosse (18 m2) benutze ich als Arbeits- oder Gästezimmer. Ich schlafe im kleinen Zimmer (12m2). Beide Zimmer haben Fenster Richtung Westen, weshalb sie wahrlich lichtdurchflutet sind. Dazu kommen ein wunderschöner Parkettboden und hohe Decken.
Zu der Wohnung gehören ein WG-Wohnzimmer, eine geräumige Küche, Bad und ein Balkon. Die 450€ umfassen Kalt- und Warmmiete sowie GEZ Gebühren, Internet und Festnetz. Es ist also alles vorhanden, man kann einfach einziehen und hat alles was man braucht.

My large and bright furnished room is available for rent in November. It is composed of two separate rooms. I use the big room (18m2) as an office or guestroom. The second room (12m2) is a great sleeping room. Both rooms have windows facing west, which makes them very bright, especially in the afternoon. In addition, there is a beautiful parquet floor and high ceilings.
The apartment includes a shared living/dining room, a spacious kitchen, bathroom and a nice balcony. The 450€ includes cold and warm rent as well as GEZ fees, internet and landline. So everything is available, you can just move in and have everything you need.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 1 Minute an den Schillerwiesen (sehr schöner Park im Ostviertel), in 2 Minuten in der Innenstadt und in 10 Minuten am Uniklinikum. Eine Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.

The location is unbeatable. By bike, you can be at the Schillerwiesen (a very nice park in the Ostviertel) in 1 minute, downtown in 2 minutes, and the University Hospital in 10 minutes. A bus stop is around the corner.
Zusammenleben würdest du mit Mats (25), der eine Ausbildung als Maskenbildner macht und Janosch (33), der im Bereich eLearning arbeitet. Beide arbeiten tagsüber, sodass in der Wohnung eher Ruhe herrscht.
