The room is 16m² and has a large window that keeps it very bright during the day. it is located in the south side of Göttingen and the street is very calm and almost with no noise. The house has a fully equiped kitchen, bathroom/toilet and a large basement in which we have our private washing machine and another room to dry your clothes. There is also a room in which you can store your bike.
The room will be fully empty but you can take over a desk, a small shelf and a drawer.
The WG is located in the southern part of the city. We have the biggest Rewe in town next to us (750m) (around 4 mins with a bike) and an Aldi right next to it.
The bus station is just 2 mins walk to reach. The main campus is also reachable by bus or by cylcing for around 10 mins.
We love the location because it is very calm, chill and clean. And in summer we like to spend the time in our private garden that is shared by the whole building to just have a chat or do a bbq party.
The apartment is shared by your two new roomates,
Anas(25 years old) and Janee(26 years old).
Anas is a master student, studying Linguistics. usually at home chillin in his room or sometimes outside with friends, likes to play video games and very passionate about cooking.
Janee(26 years old)
Janee is also doing her master in English: Literature, Language and Culture. loves knitting and likes to go outside grab a coffee while studying or just to enjoy the nice weather, and like to practice her piano skills from time to time.
the full rent would be around 400 euros including electricity and Wifi. Also each one of us is taking care of a certain bill, Janee takes care of Rent and Anas Takes care of the Electricity, so the next new tenant will take over the Wifi contract just like the previous tenant did.

Move-in is possible by the start of May
