Das Zimmer ist möbliert, und verfügt über die Basics Bett, Nachttisch, Sessel, Stuhl & Schrank, ggf. Schreibtisch und noch ein paar weitere Dinge. Es ist ruhig gelegen, kein Straßenlärm stört (Sackgasse).
Das Zimmer hat schöne Morgensonne, ist ca. 15qm groß.

The room is furnished, and includes the basics bed, bedside table, armchair, chair & wardrobe (evt. desk) and a few other things. It is quietly located, no street noise disturbs (dead end street).
The room has nice morning sun, is about 15sqm.
Die Wohung ist ruhig gelegen, befindet sich in einer Sackgasse und die Innenstadt ist in 5 minuten schnell per Rad zu erreichen, der Hauptcampus in 7 minuten, die Norduni in 12 Minuten ;-). Ein Penny ist direkt um die Ecke.

The flat is situated in a quiet location and the city centre can be reached quickly by bike in 5 minutes, the main campus in 7 minutes and the North University in 12 minutes ;-). There is a penny store right around the corner.
Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, in einem bleibe ich wohnen, wäre aber nur sehr selten zu Hause, d.h. du würdest eigentlich mit einer anderen Person, die ebenfalls neu einzieht zusammen wohnen.

The flat has three rooms, I will stay in one of them, but I would only be at home very rarely, i.e. you would actually live together with another person who will also move in, in a shared flat for two.
The short-term-accomodation is a good solution if you want to look for a longterm flat directly in göttingen.
