Da Josefine ab dem 15. August für ein Praktikum nach Wien geht, wird in unserer gemütlichen WG ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Der genaue Zeitraum wird aber voraussichtlich vom 1.September bis zum 24. Oktober 2022 sein. (Der Zeitraum kann aber auch flexibel angepasst werden).
Du würdest in ein möblierte Zimmer ziehen, welches rund 23 qm hat. Dein zukünftiges Schlafzimmer hat zwei riesengroße Fenster, wodurch sehr viel Licht ins Zimmer fällt. Außerdem besitzen die Zimmer, wie auch der Rest der Wohnung, durch den Altbau schön hohe Decken und Fischgrätenparkett. Die Einrichtung auf den Fotos entspricht genau dem Zimmer/ der Wohnung, in der du später wohnen würdest. Über die Kaution würden wir auch nochmal sprechen.
Das Zimmer führt, wie alle Zimmer, zum Flur mit Esstisch. Dort sitzen wir sehr gerne abends zusammen oder laden Freunde zum Kochen ein :)
Vom Flur geht ebenfalls die Küche (mit Einbauküche und Spülmaschine) und von dieser ein modernes Tageslichtbad mit Dusche ab.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Es gibt einen Extraraum für die Waschmaschine in der Zwischenetage, einen eigenen Keller mit ausreichend Stauraum und einen Fahrradkeller.

Since Josefine is going to Vienna for an internship from the 15th of August onwards, we are subletting a room in our cozy shared flat. However, the exact period will probably be from 1st of September to the 24th of October 2022. (However, the period can also be adjusted flexibly)..
You would move into a furnished room, which has about 23 square meters. Your future bedroom has two huge windows, which let a lot of light into the room. In addition, the rooms, like the rest of the flat, have nice high ceilings and wooden parquet flooring due to the old building. The furnishings in the photos correspond exactly to the room/flat in which you would live. We would also talk about the deposit once we have organised a viewing.
The room, like the other bedrooms, leads to a hallway with a dining table. We like to sit there together in the evenings or invite friends over for cooking dinner together :))
The hallway also leads to the kitchen (with fitted kitchen and dishwasher) and from there to a modern daylight bathroom with shower.
The flat is on the second floor. There is an extra room for the washing machine on the mezzanine floor, a private cellar with sufficient storage space and a bicycle cellar.
Busse fahren direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite (alle 15 Minuten). Direkt vor der Tür fährt die Bus-Linie 21. Die Linie 22 erreicht man in 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Beide Buslinien fahren zu den wichtigsten Haltestellen: Innenstadt, Bahnhof, Klinikum, Norduni.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkleiten wie Penny
und Rewe liegen direkt um die Ecke und sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Bäcker ist nur 300m entfernt. Kaufland ist ebenfalls in 3 Fahrradminuten zu erreichen.

Buses run directly across the street (every 15 minutes). Bus line 21 leaves directly in front of the door. Line 22 can be reached in 3 minutes by foot. Both bus lines go to the most important stops: City centre, train station, hospital, northern university.
Supermarkets such as Penny
and Rewe are just around the corner and can be reached by foot within a few minutes. The bakery is also only 300m away. Kaufland is also reachable within 3 minutes by bike.

Unser WG-Leben gestaltet sich sehr familiär und unkompliziert. Du würdest mit zwei super tollen Mitbewohnerinnen zusammen wohnen: Mareike (27) ist ein absoluter Sonnenschein und unsere Meisterköchin in der WG. Sie studiert Chemie und Mathe auf Lehramt, geht gerne Bouldern und ist immer für einen Kaffee oder Wein zu haben. Pati (25) studiert Marketing und E-Business. Sie geht super gerne zu Group-Fitness Kursen, kocht auch gerne und ist auch immer für einen Wein oder Kaffee zu haben! Wir sitzen oft abends zusammen und quatschen, gehen etwas trinken (im Sommer am liebsten in den Sommergarten vom Trink ich!) oder schauen gemeinsam Netflix. Wir haben gerne auch mal Besuch von Freunden.
Tagsüber sind wir arbeiten, studieren oder machen Sport und sind daher auch öfter mal unterwegs. Bei 3 Mitbewohner ist aber oft jemand da mit dem man sich unterhalten kann. Aber natürlich kann auch mal die Tür zu gemacht werden und das ist völlig in Ordnung so.
Wir sind alle sehr ordentlich und sauber, wäre super wenn du das auch wärest. :-) Un ist eine harmonische und entspannte Stimmung in der WG wichtig :)

The life in our shared apartment is very familial and uncomplicated. You would live together with two great flatmates: Mareike (27) is a ray of sunshine and our master chef in the flat. She is studying chemistry and maths to become a teacher, likes to go bouldering and is always up for a coffee or wine. Pati (25) is studying marketing and e-business. She loves going to group fitness classes, cooking and is always up for a coffee or wine as well! We often sit together in the evenings and chat, go out for a drinks (in summer we like to go to the summer garden at Trink ich!) or watch Netflix together. We also like to have friends over sometimes.
During the day we are at work, studying or doing sports and are therefore often out and about. But with 3 flatmates, most of the time someone is there to talk. Of course the door can be closed sometimes and that's perfectly fine too.
We are all very tidy and clean, so it would be great if you would be too. :-) A harmonious and relaxed atmosphere in the shared flat is important to us :)
