da ich nach Bremen ziehe, suche ich ab Mitte März eine/n NachmieterIn für mein gemütliches Zimmer in einer netten 4er WG. Das Zimmer hat 14 Quadratmeter und ist mit der hohen Decke geräumig. Da die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist, hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Landschaft und Sonnenuntergänge in Richtung Südwesten. Das Fenster geht zum Hof raus, somit ist es sehr ruhig.
Neben einem großes Bett (140x200), einen Schreibtisch und einen Nachttisch gibt es bereits Hängemattebefestigungen. Die übrigen Möbel sind mit etwas Kreativität selbstgebaut. Keine Sorge, die Tapete an der eine Wand wird hoffentlich bald vom Vermieter wieder angebracht.
Die übrige Altbauwohnung ist mit ihren hohen Decken sehr geräumig. Die Küche bietet viel Platz zum ausgiebigen kochen und ist mit einem großen Kühlsschrank, reichlich Stauraum und einer Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Direkt an die Küche schließt unser Wohnzimmer mit einem Sessel, einem Sofa und dem Esstisch an, in das am Nachmittag die Sonne scheint.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und zusätzlich eine separate Dusche, sowie Fenster nach draußen.
Außerdem gibt es einen Wintergarten, sowie einen kleinen Kellerraum und einen Schuppen, wo z.B. unsere Fahrräder sicher abgestellt werden können.
Der Mietbeginn kann flexibel gestaltet werden, bitte einfach anfragen.

Hello,
since I am moving to Bremen, I am looking for a new tenant for my cozy room in a nice 4-person shared apartment from mid-March. The room has 14 square meters and is spacious with the high ceiling. Since the apartment is on the 2nd floor, you have a wonderful view of the countryside and sunsets to the southwest. The window goes out to the courtyard, so it is very quiet.
Besides a large bed (140x200), a desk and a nightstand, there are already hammock attachments. The rest of the furniture is self-made with some creativity. The one wall just has only partial wallpaper this should but hopefully soon be fixed by the landlord again.
The rest of the old apartment is very spacious with its high ceilings. The kitchen offers plenty of space for extensive cooking and is equipped with a large refrigerator, ample storage space and a dishwasher and washing machine. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is our living room with an armchair, a sofa and the dining table, where the sun shines in the afternoon.
The bathroom has a bathtub and additionally a separate shower, as well as windows to the outside.
There is also a winter garden, as well as a small cellar room and a shed where, for example, our bicycles can be safely stored.
The start of the lease can be flexible, please just ask.
Die WG ist Teil eines Mehrfamilienhauses, welches zentral in der Südstadt gelegen ist. Vor
der Haustür ist direkt ein Nahkauf und Bäcker. Rewe, Aldi und Penny sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Mit zwei Bushaltestellen, die je 1 min vom Haus entfernt sind, ist man sehr gut mit dem ÖPNV verbunden. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man schnell innerhalb weniger Minuten in die Innenstadt, zum Göttinger Wald oder zum Kiessee. Zum Hauptcampus oder Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Minuten.

Centrally located in the southern part of the city, there is a local shop and bakery on the doorstep. Rewe, Aldi and Penny are also not far away. With two bus stops 1 minute away from the house, you are well connected to public transport. The city center can be reached quickly within a few minutes by bike.
In der WG würdest du leben mit Martin (32, Physik-Doktorand u. ITler) und Laura (20, Statistik-Studentin). Martin ist leidenschaftlicher Fahrradfahrer, ob bei Schnee und Matsch auf dem Mountainbike, bei gutem Wetter auf dem Rennrad oder daheim auf seinem Spinning-Bike im Wintergarten. Laura trifft sich gerne mit Freunden, ist aber genauso gerne zu Hause, kocht gerne auch gemeinsam und ist immer für einen Plausch zu haben.

You would live in a shared flat with Martin (32, physics PhD and IT student) and Laura (20, statistics student). Martin is a passionate cyclist, whether in snow and mud on his mountain bike, in good weather on his racing bike or at home on his spinning bike in the winter garden. Laura enjoys meeting up with friends, but is just as happy at home, likes to cook together and is always up for a chat.

Die Miete beträgt 334 Euro - alles ist inbegriffen (Strom, Internet, GEZ, usw.). Die Kaution beträgt für jeden 525 Euro, die direkt an der Vermieter überwiesen wird. Zudem sind wir alle Hauptmieter und haben daher auch die gleichen Rechte :)
Schreib uns bei Interesse einfach, wir sind offen für ein Kennenlernen über Videocall. Besichtigung in Person ist natürlich auch möglich.

The rent is 334 euros - everything is included (electricity, internet, GEZ, etc.). The deposit for each is 525 euros, which is transferred directly to the landlord. Moreover, we are all main tenants and therefore have the same rights :)
