Hallo, wir suchen ab dem 1.7.23 eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere WG.
Das Zimmer ist 20 m2 groß, es ist hell und gemütlich. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet, jedoch können einige Möbel abgekauft werden. Die Warmmiete beträgt 387 Euro.
Hello, we are looking for a new roommate for our flat share as soon as possible or from July 1st, 2022.
The room is 20 square meters, it is bright and comfortable. The room is rented unfurnished but Emma is selling some furniture, so if you need furniture you can take over from Emma for affordable price. The rent is 387 Euro, all costs included.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Kaakweg in Weende. In der Nähe kann man gut im Aldi oder Lidl einkaufen und ca 300 m entfernt befinden sich Penny und Rewe. Das Klinikum und der Nordcampus sind nahe gelegen und die Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In die Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof braucht man ca 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Außerdem dauert es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, um zum Nordcampus zu gelangen.
It is located in Weende. Nearby you can shop well in Aldi or Lidl and about 300 m away are Penny and Rewe. The clinic and the north campus are nearby and the bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. It takesabout 10-15 minutes by bike to get to the city center or the train station. Also, it takes 10 minute by foot to get to the North Campus.
Zur Zeit wohnen Emma und Lira in der WG. Emma studiert Biodiversität im 6. Semester, Lira studiert Physik im Master. In der WG wird Englisch und Deutsch gesprochen. Wir haben ein harmonisches WG Leben, sind offen, erzählen und kochen gerne zusammen. Respektieren es aber auch wenn man seine Ruhe braucht. Wir freuen uns darauf eine neue Mitbewohnerin kennenzulernen.
I (Lira) and Emma are currently living in the flat share. There are 3 rooms in the apartment, I'm moving to the other smaller room, so we need a tenant for my room.
We have a beautiful garden. You can see it in the pictures.
I'm studying my masters in physics and Emma studies biodiversity and ecology. English and german are spoken in the shared apartment. We have a harmonious living, are open. We respect it if you need your peace and quiet. We look forward to meeting a new roommate.
Also we have a cleaning schedule. We are open to suggestions.
