Das Zimmer ist ca 16qm groß und hat drei große Fenster. Der Rest der Wohnung ist eher klein und besteht aus Bad und Küchenzeile. Es gibt auch einen schönen, länglichen Balkon zur Südseite, auf dem im Sommer auch gut gegrillt werden kann. Jede Wohnung hat im Keller einen kleinen Abstellraum. Dazu gibt es vor dem Haus einen Fahrradschuppen.
The room is about 16 squaremeters big and has 3 big windows. The rest of the apartment is rather small, with a small bathroom and a kitchenette. There's also a nice balcony, where you can BBQ in the summer. There's a small storage room in the basement and a shed for your bike in front of the house.
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Nähe zum Nordcampus, der zu Fuß in maximal 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Auch die Uni-Klinik ist in der Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man aber auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Zentral-Campus oder in der Innenstadt.
Es befinden sich außerdem 2 Bushaltestellen in direkter Nähe. Man kommt mit dem Bus ohne Probleme in die Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof.
Grundsätzlich ist die Lage recht ruhig, da die Wohnung in einer kleinen Nebenstraße liegt. Direkt vor dem Haus befinden sich zahlreiche Parkmöglichkeiten. Ein Tegut und ein DM sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zu Aldi und Real sind es 10 Minuten. Auch ein Baumarkt ist in der Nähe.
The apartment is very close to Northcampus, it only takes 5 minutes by foot. The university-clinic is also nearby. It takes about 10 minutes by bike to go the central campus and to the city center. Also, there's a lot of grocery stores nearby.(5-10minutes by foot)
There are 2 busstops close to the apartment, so you can easily reach city center or the train station.
There's a lot of free parking in front of the house.
