The new house has 2 same 14-17 m2 big bedrooms, one individual kitchen, one individual bathroom and a small entrance hall. This region is very quiet.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in 1.OG.
In der Wohnung befinden sich schon eine Waschmaschine und ein großer Backofen, die können mit sehr günstigen Preisen empfangen werden. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und alle Möbel können nach Wunsch in der Wohnung gelassen werden.

Die Verkehrsmöglichkeiten und das Leben sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist gut für die Studierende an der Uni-Nordbereich, es dauert circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß dorthin.

Die ganze Wohnung ist verfügbar für zwei Personen. Sie können die ganze Wohnung mieten oder ein Zimmer davon mieten und noch einen Mitbewohner/-in suchen. Die Warmmiete ist 255 für ein Zimmer und 510 für die Wohnung.

Das ganze Gebäude wurde schon neu gestrichen im Februar. Die Wohnung wird auch vor Ihrer Umziehung von dem Verwalter neu gestrichen.
