Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett mit Matratze und Kissen, einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl, einem Sessel, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schuhschrank und einer kleinen Kommode mit Spiegel. Einige andere Notwendigkeiten sind auch da. Die WG hat 20 Zimmer und das Zimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock.
Die WG liegt 14 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Universität Zentral Campus entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 1 Minute von der WG entfernt. Busse fahren alle 15 Minuten zur Universität. Aldi und Penny sind nur 1 km entfernt und können mit denselben Bussen erreicht werden, die zur Universität fahren. Durch seine unmittelbare Nähe zum Weender Freibad, der Bezirkssportanlage und der freien Natur ist die WG besonders für Freizeitaktivisten attraktiv.
Die AG hat 10 freundliche Studierende. Freizeitaktivitäten wie Hauspartys und Zusammenkünfte finden häufig statt. Sie können auch Ihre eigene Privatsphäre haben. Es gibt zwei große Küchen und separate Duschräume und Waschräume für Männer und Frauen.

The room is fully furnished with a bed with a mattress and pillows, a study desk, a chair, an armchair, a wardrobe, a shoe cabinet, a small chest of drawers with a mirror. Some other necessities are also there. The WG has 20 rooms and the room is on the second floor.
The WG is located 14 minutes from the university central campus by bus. The nearest bus-stop is just 1 minute away from the WG. Buses run every 15 minutes to the university. Supermarkets like Aldi and Penny are just 1 km away, which can be reached by the same buses that goes to the university. Due to its close proximity to the public outdoor pool, the district sports facility and the nature, the WG is favourable for leisure activities.
The WG has 10 friendly students. House parties and get-togethers are held quite often. You can also have your own privacy. There are two big kitchens and separate shower rooms and washrooms for men and women.
