Hey, everyone. This room is available from April 1 to May 1, 2020.
The whole flat includes two single rooms, a living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The single room has about 13 square meters and is ideally cut. You always have enough light through the large windows. The view goes into the green. By the way, the flat is located in a quiet area. Ideal for people who like to sleep with the window open. Plus, the bicycle can be parked in a large bicycle cellar.
The Base rent includes water, electricity, heating, operating and ancillary costs, you don't need to worry about it.
The flat contains basic living facilities such as heating stoves, refrigerator, etc. that can easily meet your cooking needs.
Importantly, the cleaners will clean up the public areas of the whole house weekly, like stairs, and floors. This gives our living environment a strong guarantee and sounds really good. All in all, living in our flat is very quiet and relaxed.
