Das zur Verfügung stehende Zimmer in unserem 2er-WG hat eine Fläche von circa 16m2 plus ein großer Balkon in Richtung Osten; das bedeutet, das Zimmer bleibt kühl im Sommer. Die Tür kann man verschließen und das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert weiter gegeben (Bett & Matratze, Garderobe, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Regal, Lampe). Die gesamte Mietkosten beinhalten auch Strom, Wasser, Heizung und Interverbindung, aber keine Rundfunkbeiträge.
ROOM
The available room in our 2er-WG has a surface of approx. 16m2 as well as a big balcony facing east, meaning the room remains cool and pleasant in the summer. The door can be locked and the room would be handed over partially furnished (Bed with mattress, wardrobe, desk with a chair, shelf and a desk lamp). The rent includes all services (electricity, water, heating, internet connection) except for radio/TV contributions.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Studentenwohnheim Kellnerweg, direkt am Nordcampus. Ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern ist vorhanden, wo man nur 0.2€/15m Waschzeit bezahlt. Auch stehen ein großer Radkeller und mehrere Parkplätze fürs Auto verfügbar. Die Bushaltestelle Kellnerweg ist zu fuß nur 3 min entfernt, und mit dem Bus 21/22/23 erreicht man die Innenstadt in ca. 15 min. Alle Max-Planck Institute sind auch mit dem Bus in 10 min erreichbar. Bestimmt ist es auch möglich mit dem Rad innerhalb von 15 min überall in Göttingen zu sein.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in the Kellnerweg student dorms, directly at the north campus. A washing room with washing machines and dryers is available, where you only pay 0.2€ per 15m of washing time. There is a bicycle cellar as well as multiple parking spots for cars. The bus stop Kellnerweg is only 3 min away by foot and buses 21/22/23 allow you to reach the city center in 15 min. All the Max-Planck Institutes are reachable within 10 min. Of course, it is also possible to ride a bike around Göttingen and be anywhere in less than 15 min.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wäre Julia, die Neurowissenschaft im Master studiert und fließend Englisch spricht, sowie ein wenig Deutsch. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Badezimmer mit Dusche, auch Flur, Treppen und einer Küche mit Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Haustiere haben wir nicht, sie sind aber ebenfalls erlaubt. Das Zimmer ist offiziell zwischen 01.05.2020 bis 31.08.2020 frei, aber das Einzugsdatum ist nach Absprache auch flexibel, wenn du in April einziehen möchtest. Falls du Interesse hast, schreib mir bitte eine Nachricht hier per WG gesucht, in der du ein wenig von dir erzählst; Besichtigungstermine sind bestimmt möglich! Achte darauf, dass du an der Universität angemeldet sein müsst, um dich hier zu bewerben.

Your flatmate would be Julia, who studies a Master in Neuroscience and speaks fluent English as well as a bit of German. The apartment consists of a bathroom with shower, as well as a common hall, stairs, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven and a fridge. Although we do not have any pets, they are allowed. The room is officially free between May 1st and August 31st, 2020. However, the move-in date can be arranged for April if arranged as such. If you are interested in the room, please write me a message via WG gesucht, where you tell me a bit about yourself. It is of course possible to arrange a visit! Be aware that you must be registered in the University as a student in order to live here.
