The vacant room is fully furnished, towels, linen, kitchen utensils ect are provided, so it is very suitable for foreign students as you can just move in with your suitcase. But of course german students are very welcome. :-)
Two students from India and China live in the share house and the spoken language is English. Both are learning and can speak German though.
Shopping facilities are very good in the area, everything can be reached by foot. The bus stop is only 2 min away and the forest can be reached in only a few minutes as well.
It is a very young area with students living across the street and in the neighboring house.
The room is equiped with everything necessary and the kitchen, bathroom and dining area are common usage areas. The bathroom has got a washing machine and a dryer.
There is high speed internet in the house (250 mbit), so online study does not cause any problems.
I am the house owner and live in the appartment below.
