in unserer gemütlichen WG in Weende wird ein ruhiges und geräumiges Zimmer frei. Das Zimmerfenster geht nach Osten, so dass man am Morgen Sonne hat aber es bleibt auch im Sommer relativ kühl. Die Raumlängen sind 3,5 und 4,5 m. Bevor ein neuer Mieter einzieht soll noch ein neuer Vinylboden verlegt werden.

The offered room's size is 16 m², a new vinyl flooring should be installed before somebody else moves in. The room has mornig sun but is not very hot, even in summer. The lenght of the walls are 3.5 and 4.5 meters.
Die WG liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnlage (Sackgasse) in direkter Nähe zum Nord Campus der Universität und mit dem Bus oder dem Fahrrad braucht man höchsten 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Die Busanbindung ist super, tagsüber fährt von der 5 Gehminuten entfernten Haltestelle etwa alle 20 Minuten ein Bus Richtung Innenstadt/Bahnhof. Am Wochenende kann man mit dem Nachtbus bis in die frühen Morgenstunden alle 30 Minuten aus der Innenstadt nach Hause fahren.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ein Tegut und ein dm-Markt, die nur ca. 10 Minute zu Fuß und 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt liegen. Auch der neue botanische Garten und der Göttinger Wald sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und man ist somit schnell im Grünen.
The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood directly adjacent to the universities North Campus and the supermarket is about 10 minutes away. With Bus or bicycle it is about 20 minutes to the city center. The bus connections are really good, there is usually a Bus to the city center at least every 20 minutes. If you like nature, you will love this location as the forest and the universities new botanical garden is also only a short walk away.
Unsere Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, eines davon nutzen wir gemeinschaftlich als Wohnzimmer oder auch als Gästezimmer. Toilette und Badezimmer sind bei uns getrennte Räume und wir haben eine eigene Waschmaschine. Die derzeitigen Bewohner sind Kjartan, ein Student aus den Niederlanden der gerade seine Masterarbeit beendet und Martin der als Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Fakultät für Sport arbeitet. Dann noch ich Jana, die zusammen mit ihrem Boarder Colli Mischling Easy ausziehen wird. Wir alle kochen gerne, aber essen nur zusammen wenn es sich so ergibt. Zurzeit bleiben wir eher für uns und quatschen miteinander, wenn wir uns in der Küche treffen. Es gab auch den ein oder anderen Spieleabend in der Vergangenheit.
The flat has 4 rooms, one of which has been used as a common room in the past. The inhabitants of the flat so far are Kjartan, a Dutch student writing his master thesis, Martin who works at the sports faculty, and Jana, who studies ecosystem analysis and modelling and will be moving out together with her dog Easy. We like talking on the balcony or in the kitchen. Although we all like cooking we only eat together if it fits our schedule.
In unserer Wohnung sind Haustiere erlaubt. Ich ziehe mit meinem Hund aus, dass heißt es ist auch wieder außreichend Platz für Vierbeinige Mitbewohner. Es besteht die Möglichkeit einige meiner Möbel (Bett, Wandregalbretter, Sofa) zu übernehmen, da ich vieles bei meinem Auszug nicht mitnehmen werde. Pets are allowed in our flat. Since me and my dog are movig out there is also an openig for 4-legged flatmates. Some of my furniture (bed, shelfs, couch) can be taken over from me, since I will not take them with me when moving out.
