Aktuell ist die Wohnung als Pärchenwohnung eingerichtet, mit Schlaf- Arbeits- und Wohnzimmer.
Du bekommst das aktuell mit Schlafsofa, Schreibtisch, Esstisch und Bücherregalen möbelierte Wohnzimmer. Es hat zwei Dachfenster und Verdunklungsrollos und Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern. Das Zimmer ist nach Westen ausgerichtet. Du kannst alle Möbel im Zimmer für die Zeit hier nutzen, der Esstisch kann aber auch in den Keller, wenn du ihn nicht möchtest. Wir haben noch ein 2. 140x200cm Bett im Keller. Leider haben wir keinen zweiten Kleiderschrank, aber vielleicht reicht ja z.B. eine Kleiderstange zusätzlich zu den bestehenden Verstauungsmöglichkeiten?
Wir haben im Keller eine eigene, zuverlässige Waschmaschine, und zusätzlich einen eigenen Kellerraum für Vorräte/ Wäsche aufhängen sowie einen separaten Fahrradkeller. Unsere Küche ist zwar klein, aber dafür mit Siebträger-Espressomaschine, Heißluftfritteuse, Prep and Cook und Küchenmaschine zum backen recht gut ausgestattet, so dass das Kochen hier auf jeden Fall Spaß macht! Zwei unserer Nachbarn haben nette Hunde.

Currently, the flat is arranged as a couple's flat with bedroom, living room and studyroom.
You would get the current living room (ca. 18sqm), with two skylights and blinds, as well as special sun shading. The room is equipped with a sleeping couch, a desk, a dining table and cupboards. It is oriented towards the west. You can use all furniture in the room during your stay, but the dining table can also be put in the basement if you don't want it. We can also offer you a 140x200cm (queen size) bed that is currently in our basement. Unfortunately, we don't have a second wardrobe, but maybe a clothes rail in addition to the existing storage options can suffice?
We have our own reliable washing machine in the basement, plus a separate room for supplies/ to hang out laundry, plus a separate bike room. Our kitchen is small, but well supplied with a sieve support espresso machine, an air fryer, a prep and cook (think thermomix) and other stuff, so it's definitely fun to cook here! Two of our neighbors have nice dogs.

Das Haus ist ein 6-Parteienhaus im Süden des Blümchenviertels, direkt an der Leine. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 1 min zu Fuß entfernt, wir haben auch zwei Hausärzte und eine Apotheke im Viertel.
Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Penny (ca. 3min Fahrrad), ein kleiner Edeka (ca. 5min Fahrrad) oder ein großer Edeka/ Alnatura/ dm (ca. 7min Fahrrad).
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 7min in der Innenstadt/ Z-Campus, die Busverbindung dorthin ist ebenfalls gut. Bis zum Nordcampus ist es etwas weiter, mit Fahrrad ca. 15-20min.
Im Viertel ist es sehr ruhig, und man ist relativ nah an ein bisschen Natur - der Fußweg an der Leine ist außerdem eine super Laufstrecke!

The house is situated in the south of the "Blümchenviertel", right next to the Leine river. The next bus stop is about 1min walking distance away, we also have two general practitioners and a pharmacy within 5min walking distance.
The next supermarkets are Penny (ca. 3min by bike), a small Edeka (ca. 5min by bike) or a large Edeka/ Alnatura/ dm (ca. 7min by bike).
By bike, you're in the inner city/ central campus within ca. 7min. It takes around 15-20min to the north campus.
In general, the area here is quiet, and you're fairly close to at least a little bit of nature - the walk along the Leine is also a really nice running route!

Ich bin Inga, 25 Jahre alt und schreibe gerade meine Masterarbeit in Physik. Bisher habe ich in dieser Wohnung mit meinem Freund Steffen gewohnt, der gerade in Physik promoviert und jetzt für ca. 6 Monate ans CERN in die Schweiz geht. Für diese Zeit suche ich eine Mitbewohnerin.
Ich verbringe relativ viel Zeit mit Uni/ Arbeiten, aktuell viel von zu Hause, ggf. bald auch wieder mehr auf dem Campus. In meiner Freizeit laufe ich gerne, ansonsten lese ich, denke daran dass ich mal wieder Gitarre spielen sollte oder mache kleine Spieleabende mit Freunden (aktuell auch meistens online, vielleicht bald wieder normal). In meiner früheren WG haben wir uns alle ziemlich gut miteinander verstanden, haben aber nicht den ganzen Tag aufeinander gehockt oder ständig ständig was zusammen unternommen. Wenn man sich in der Küche getroffen hat, konnte daraus auch mal ein ungeplanter WG-Abend werden, oder aber wir sind nach einem kleinen Plausch wieder zurück in unsere Zimmer gegangen. Das ist eine Form des Zusammenlebens, die mir sehr gefallen hat und die ich gerne in dieser WG-Zeit wieder haben würde.

I'm Inga, I'm 25 years old and currently writing my master's thesis in physics. So far, I have lived in this flat with my boyfriend Steffen, who is currently pursuing his PhD in physics and will be spending the next ca. 6 months at CERN in Geneva.
For this time, I'm looking for a flatmate.
I'm spending quite a lot of time doing uni/ work stuff. Currently mostly from home, but maybe (hopefully) also on campus in the future. In my free time, I'm running, reading or remembering that I should get my guitar out and play again. Besides that, I'm meeting friends for small game nights (also online, currently, but also hopefully soon not online). In my former flat-sharing community we all got along pretty well, but we didn't sit on each other all day or constantly do things together. If we met in the kitchen, it could sometimes turn into an unplanned WG evening, or we went back to our rooms after a little chat. That's a form of living together that I really liked and that I would like to have again in this WG time.

Das Einzugsdatum ist relativ flexibel. Steffen wird irgendwann zwischen Mitte und Ende März nach Genf gehen. Solltest Du eine Woche früher oder ein, zwei Wochen später einziehen wollen, lässt sich das sicherlich auch regeln und Du würdest bei späterem Einzug natürlich nur anteilig Miete für April zahlen.
Die Nebenkosten enthalten die normalen Nebenkosten (Heizung und Betriebskosten), sowie Strom, Internet und GEZ.

The move-in date is relatively flexible. Steffen will go to Geneva sometime between mid and end of March. If you want to move in a week earlier or a week or two later, that can certainly be arranged and you would of course only pay rent for April on a pro-rata basis if you move in later.
The service charges include the normal service charges (heating and operating costs), as well as electricity, internet and GEZ (the German broadcast fees).
