da ich im kommenden Semester ein Auslandssemester in Tansania machen werde, suche ich für die Zwischenzeit einen Untermieter in unserer schönen Bude. Also, die Wohnung hat 4 Schlafzimmer und ist mit 110 qm insgesamt sehr groß. Neben 2 Bädern (einem großen und einem kleinen) hat sie einen großen Flur, eine große Küche und ein ca. 26 qm Wohnzimmer (Fernseher, gute Musikanlage, schöne Lichter, etc. sind vorhanden). An diesem befindet sich der ca. 9-10 qm große Balkon (nicht enthalten in den gesamten 110 qm Wohnfläche). Im Winter ist das Wohnzimmer, das mit mit etlichen Sofas vollsteht, der zentrale Punkt. Im Sommer verlagern sich die Aktivitäten, so wie es sein soll, nach draußen.
Das Zimmer ist nicht das Größte, dennoch hat es eine nette Aufteilung, mit der man alles geregelt bekommt (insgesamt spielt sich unser WG-Leben weniger in den Zimmern ab). Mit 2 Fenstern ist es lichtdurchflutet, sodass man sich morgens von der Sonne wecken lassen kann und abends die letzten Sonnenstrahlen einfangen kann. Außerdem soll es möbliert oder teilmöbliert vermietet werden. Die festen Gegenstände können allesamt genutzt werden. Falls ihr teilweise lieber eure eigenen Möbel haben wollt, könnte man meine auf dem Dachboden parken. Das Bett ist aus Holz und hat eine Größe von 1,40 x 2,00m .

since I am going to an exchange semester to Tanzania next semester, I am searching for a renter during the meantime for our nice flat. So, it has 4 sleeping rooms and is quite huge with its 110 qm. Besides 2 bathrooms (a small and a big one) it has a large hallway, a big kitchen and a ca. 26 qm living room, which is the center of attention in winter. Attached to the living room is our 9-10 qm balcony (not included in the 110 qm). The living room contains lots of sofas, a nice TV (without receiver) to watch movies, a brilliant stereo, enjoyable lights, etc. .
Your room is not the biggest, but it´s definetly sufficient to handle everything you want (in total it was more about being together in the living room) . Because of its 2 windows it is light-flooded, so that you can wake up with the sun and catch the last rays of the sun. Also, it is planned to rent the room out in a furnished status. If you like to place your own furnishure, we will have space in the attic for the mine. Finally, my bed has got a 1,40 x 2,00 m size.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe an Weende, zwischen dem Zentralcampus und der Nord-Universität, die oberhalb der Uni-Klinik liegt. Mit dem Fahrrad brauchen wir 7 Minuten bis zum Z-Campus und 5 zur Nord-Uni. Die nächsten Bushaltestellen in alle Richtungen sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, ganz ähnlich wie die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, TeGut,...). Bis in die Fußgängerzone sind es mit dem Rad ungefähr 10 Minuten... Außerdem gibt es um die Ecke einen schönen Kiosk mit Sitzmöglichkeiten unterm Grün, bei dem man abends auf ein Bierchen vorbeischlendern kann. Sportmöglichkeiten (Bolzer, Basketballkörbe) gibt es hier überall. Die Wohnung nimmt die komplette Etage in einem für sich alleine stehenden Haus ein, sodass es schwer ist Leute zu finden, die sich gestört fühlen könnten.
The apartment lies close to Weende; in the middle of the central campus and the North-University that is above to the university hospital. By bike it takes us 7 minutes to the central campus and 5 to the North-Uni. Next bus stations to all destinations are 5 minutes by foot, like the next shopping facilities. To the pedestrian area it is ca. 10 minutes by bike... Besides, there is a nice kiosk around the corner where we are sometimes drifting to for having a beer. In addition, there are sports facilities all over the place (mainly soccer & basketball courts). Because the apartment takes the whole floor and the house stands quite alone it´s hard to find somebody to annoy ;).
Wir sind momentan zu viert, Lukas, Gergö, Jakob und nochmals Jakob. Da wir erst letzten Dezember eingezogen sind, ist das Potenzial dieser Wohnung noch lange nicht ausgeschöpft (wie man an so mancher weißen Wand auf den Fotos erkennen kann). Alle vier sind Studenten, Kumpels und sehr umgängliche Typen, die gerne unterwegs und unter Leuten sind, aber auch ihren Kram zu erledigen haben. Ich würde mal sagen, dass wir beides Party- und Arbeiter-WG sind (kommt ganz auf den Zeitraum an ;) ). Das Wichtigste ist, dass jeder tun und lassen kann, was er möchte, solange er niemand anderen stört.
At the moment we are four guys: Lukas, Gergö, Jakob and another Jakob. Due to our move in the last december, the flat´s potential is not reached yet at all (like one can see on the white walls). All of us are students, mates and relaxed guys, which like to go out and be among people, but also have to get our stuff done. So, I would say we play hard and work hard ;). The most important is that everyone can do what he/she wants to unless nobody gets disturbed.
Da die Semesterferien bevorstehen, werden die anderen drei wahrscheinlich die meiste Zeit nicht in Göttingen sein, sodass du eine sehr große Wohnung für dich hast (wenn sie nicht auch versuchen sie unter zu vermieten).
Außerdem ist es auch möglich nur für eine bestimmte Zeit einzuziehen, z.B. nur bis September oder nur den August. Schreibt mir einfach eure Vorstellungen oder ruft mich an. In Göttingen steht traditionell ab September wieder der absolute Wohnungsnotstand an. Von da an wird es kein Problem sein, die Wohnung unter zu vermieten. Falls also jemand auch nur Interesse an der Zeit davor, oder bis in den September oder Oktober herein, hat, geht es auch absolut klar.
Eine Wohnungsübernahme ist auch möglich, da ich nicht genau weiß, wie es für mich weiter geht!!!
Also, ruft einfach durch wann ihr wollt oder schreibt mir an . Wenn es um den Preis geht, da ließe sich unter Umständen noch was drehen.

Since the semester break is coming up, the other three guys won´t be here that much, so that you probably have a flat for your own (if they don´t try to rent out their rooms as well).
Furthermore, it is also possible to move in only for a limited period, e.g. till september or only the august. Just write me what you are looking for, or give me a call. In September there´s traditionally a housing shortage in Göttingen. From then on it won´t be a problem to hire the room. In case that somebody is only interested in the previous time or till any date in September or Octobre, it is all right.
Also a takeover is possible, as I don´t know how it goes further on with me!!!!
So, just give me a call whenever you want to or write me at . If it is due to the price - in some circumstances we gonna sort that out.
