Das Zimmer ist eckig geschnitten und bietet somit trotz der 13 qm auf jeden Fall genug Platz um all deine Möbel unterzubringen. Es hat ein großes Fenster welches in den Innenhof und Richtung Straße zeigt. Da es jedoch ein Hinterhofgrundstück ist bekommt man von dem Straßenlärm überhaupt nichts mit. Zudem gibt es einen Fahrradunterstand direkt vor der Haustür. Wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen steht bei mir sogar noch ein Sofa in dem Zimmer, welches du bei Bedarf gerne übernehmen kannst.
The room is cut in a square shape, so despite its 13 square meters, it definitely provides enough space to accommodate all of your furniture. It has a large window that faces both the courtyard and the street. However, since it is a backyard property, you won't hear any street noise at all. Additionally, there is a bicycle shelter right in front of the entrance. As you can see in the pictures, there is even a sofa in the room that you can take over if needed.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt! Zwei Ampeln trennen dich vom Zentralcampus (3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Mensa), der Weg zu Netto ist ebenso kurz. Bei Bedarf ist noch Aldi, Edeka, Action (Gallus Park) oder Rewe ganz einfach fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch der Weg in die Innenstadt dauert zu Fuß lediglich 10 Minuten.
The location of the apartment is perfect! You are only two traffic lights away from the central campus (a 3-minute walk to the Mensa), and the distance to Netto is equally short. If needed, Aldi, Edeka, Action (Gallus Park), or Rewe are all easily reachable within walking distance. Moreover, it takes only 10 minutes on foot to reach the city center.
In der WG wohnen Jonas (23, Sozialwissenschaften), Jara (21, Biologie), Zakaria (22, Deutsch) and Paria (23 British Literature and Culture). Das WG Leben hat sich bislang sehr unkompliziert gestaltet. Frei nach dem Motto: Alles kann nichts muss. Gerne wurde schon zusammen gekocht oder mal einen Freitag das Thanners besucht. Da Zakaria und Paria Englisch sprechen müsstest du zumindest gewillt sein auf Englisch zu kommunizieren. Beide freuen sich jedoch auch ihr Deutsch zu verbessern.
In the shared apartment, Jonas (23, Social Sciences), Jara (21, Biology), Zakaria (22, German), and Paria (23, British Literature and Culture) live together. So far, the shared apartment life has been very uncomplicated. Following the motto: Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory. They have enjoyed cooking together or visiting Thanners on a Friday. Since Zakaria and Paria speak English, you would need to be willing to communicate in English at least. However, both of them are also eager to improve their German skills.
Ich ziehe zum 01.08. aus, dies wäre also der ideale Umzugstermin.
