Ort: Beethovenstraße 7, 8010, Graz. Die Wohnung in der Nähe der Universität Graz (3 Minuten zu Fuß), der Bushaltestelle (3 Minuten zu Fuß), gegenüber dem Spar-Markt (1 Minute zu Fuß), anderen Restaurant und Bars in der Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Dies ist der beste Ort mit einem angemessenen Mietpreis für Schüler, die an der Uni Graz studieren und nach der Schule andere unterhaltsame Einrichtungen in der Nähe genießen.
Möbel in der Wohnung: Tisch, Stuhl, Sofa, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer, wie Sie auf dem Bild unten sehen können.

Location: Beethovenstraße 7, 8010, Graz. The apartment close to Graz University (3 minutes walking), bus station (3 minutes walking), opposite Spar market (1-minute walking), other restaurant and bars nearby (5 minutes walking). This is the best location with a reasonable renting price for students who study in Uni Graz and enjoy other entertaining facilities nearby after school.
Furniture in Apartment: Table, chair, sofa, dishwasher machine, clothes washing machine, stove, refrigerator and microwave in the kitchen and living room, as you can see from the picture below.
If you want some old furniture in my room, I can sell it to you at a low price.
