Das Zimmer, dass bald deins sein könnte, ist 12m² groß und ist proportional echt gut aufgeteilt.
Kleiderschrank, Bett, Schreibtisch werde ich hinterlassen. Dann brauchst du dir keine extra Möbel kaufen. Damit mehr Platz ist ein kleines Kästchen neben dem Bett und auch die fast 3 Meter lange Schreibtischplatte ist auch mit im Paket.

Unsere helle WG befindet sich in der Nähe der FH-Joanneum und ist daher optimal für FH-Studierende. Sie befindet sich in der Prangelgasse im dritten Stock. In nur wenigen Gehminuten sind alle Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Merkur aka Billa+, Spar), Drogeriemärkte (DM, Bipa) und ein Pagro erreichbar. Auch eine Apotheke befindet sich für alle Fälle in der Nähe. Zusätzlich ist der Weg zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu den Linien 1 und 7 kurz und der Bahnhof ist auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen (10 min).
🇬🇧 Our bright shared flat is located near the FH-Joanneum and is therefore ideal for FH students. It is located in Prangelgasse on the third floor. In just a few minutes’ walk, all grocery stores (Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Merkur aka Billa+, Spar), drugstores (DM, Bipa) and a pagro can be reached. A pharmacy is also nearby for all cases. In addition, the way to public transport to lines 1 and 7 is short and the train station can also be reached quickly on foot (10 min).
Es gibt bereits zwei Mädchen, die in der Wohnung wohnen. Beide sind FH Studentinnen (Krankenpflege und Informationsdesign). Es gibt auch einen kleinen HUND (!!!) namens Sonja, der in unserer WG wohnt. (Yorkshire Terrier)
🇬🇧There are two girls already staying in the apartment. They are very nice and cant wait to meet a new roomie. There is also a dog named Sonja residenting in our flat.
Zusätzlich zur Miete müssen jeden Monat 10 € für WG WLAN gezahlt werden und ca.3-5€ für Klopapier, Putzmitteln usw.
