Hi people,
I live for 4 years in this beautiful house in Eggenberg and I am looking for a new person to share the house since my colleague moved.
The house includes 2 rooms, an office for all of us, a living room (with a place for rehearsal and practice in case you play an instrument), a kitchen, a beautiful garden (where we can grill, sleep in the hammock, etc), we have also apple trees, and a garage.
It can not get better!
The room is available after 1.May.

The house is in Eggenberg near Tram 7 (4min by foot). It is also near Spar, Billa, Hofer, etc
In 5 min by foot we are at the mountain (Plabutch) in the nature to take a walk.
It is also very close to the swimming pool Eggenberg and to the Sauna Auster.
I love to cook together, have a grill outside, watch a movie and share the house :)
