Schönes helles Zimmer mit Dachfenster, ca. 14,5 m² groß.
Ich würde es am liebsten vollmöbliert übergeben (inkl. Bett, Kasten, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Stehlampe...) Es ist alles zu einem sofortigem Einzug bereit.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss vom Palais Kottolinsky im 2. Stock. Sie besteht aus diesem Zimmer, Tinas Zimmer, einem kleinen Bad (mit Dusche, Waschmaschine), ein extra WC, einer schönen Wohnküche (mit Einbauküche, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Fernseher, Sofa,... ) und angrenzend einem kleinen Abstellraum.
Außerdem befinden sich in den Zimmern und in der Wohnküche Kühlboxen, was im Sommer sehr angenehm ist!

I would prefer to deliver it fully furnished (incl. bed, chest, desk, dresser, floor lamp...) It is ready for an immediate move-in.
The apartment is located in the attic of the Palais Kottolinsky on the 2nd floor. It consists of this room, Tina's room, a small bathroom (with shower, washing machine), an extra toilet, a nice eat-in kitchen (with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, oven, TV, sofa,... ) and a small storage room. There are also coolers in the rooms and in the kitchen-living room, which is very comfortable in the summer!
Top Lage, könnte für studierende der Karl-Franzens Universität nicht besser sein: Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Uni-viertel (auch die TU ist sehr schnell erreichbar)! Zum Hauptgebäude der Uni sind es weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß, der nächste Spar ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt und auch jegliche Öffi-Anbindungen sind gleich nebenan (Straßenbahnlinie 1 und 7, Bus 41, 31, 63, 58, 39 and manche Busse, die von Graz weiter hinaus fahren). Zum Jako sind es 10 Minuten, in die Stadt zu Fuß oder mit den Öffis in 15 Minuten, zum Hauptbahnhof 15 Minuten und auch die TU ist zu Fuß weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt.
Stadtpark gleich nebenan, Botanischer Garten oder Hilmteich / Leechwald auch nicht weit
Top location, could not be better for students of the Karl-Franzens University: The apartment is located in the middle of the university quarter (also the Tecnical University is very quickly accessible)! To the main building of the University it is a less than 5 minutes walk, the nearest Spar is only 2 minutes away and any public transport connections are right next door (tramway 1 and 7, Bus 41, 31, 63, 58, 39 and some buses that go out further from graz). To the Jakominiplatz you need 10 minutes, to the city center 15 minutes on foot or by public transport, to the main train station 15 minutes (by bus) and also the TU is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
The City park is right next door, Botanical Garden and Hilmteich / Leechwald are also not far away.
Es handelt sich um eine kleine aber feine 2er WG. Im zweiten Zimmer wohnt Tina (24), Biologiestudentin an der KF. Mit ihr ist das Zusammenleben sehr unkompliziert und man kann bei gemeinsamen WG-Abenden auf jeden Fall immer einen Spaß mit ihr haben :)
It is a small but nice shared flat for 2 people. In the second room lives Tina (24), biology student at the University of Graz. Living together with her is very uncomplicated and you can always have a good time with her during shared evenings :)

da ich nächstes Semester ein Auslandssemester machen werde, ist mein Zimmer von August bis Jänner frei und ich würde mich sehr freuen eine/n ZwischenmieterIn zu finden. :)
Ihr könnt euch die Wohnung auch sehr gerne anschauen kommen und Tina (die Mitbewohnerin) kennenlernen.
