Das 19m2 ist hell, hat hohe Decken und ist mit Parkett ausgestattet. Ebenfalls ist eine ganze Wand ein Einbauschrank, worin also sehr viel Stauraum vorhanden ist. Die 3er WG im 4.Stock besitzt eine Küche, einen großen Vorraum, ein getrenntes Bad und WC und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, ein Kellerabteil mit Waschmaschine, Abstellplätze für Fahrräder und einen Gemeinschaftsgarten.
Die Wohnung liegt extrem zentral nur 5min von der Karl-Franzens-Universität entfernt zu Fuß. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch sehr schnell zu errecihen z.B. die Linien 31, 63 und 39. 300m entfernt liegt ein Supermarkt (Spar) mit einem Bankomat gegenüber. Das Univiertel (Club Gegend) ist auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Da meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen auziehen werden, bzw. schon ausgezogen sind bin ich jetzt alleine auf der Suche nach neuen MitbewohnerInnen.
Eine Zweck WG hätte ich nicht gerne, sondern eine angenehmes Zusammenleben, wo man vielleicht mal gemeinsam kocht oder ein bisschen was trinkt und einfach chillig miteinander Zeit verbingen kann. Ich würde mich als entspannte Mitbewohnerin bezeichnen und auch nicht unordentlich.
Für Besichtigungen und einen vibe check hab ich oft auch spontan Zeit:)
