Die Wohnung hat insgesamt vier gemeinschaftlich genützte Zimmer: Die Küche, ein kleines aber feines Badezimmer mit WC, ein Wohnzimmer und ein offenes Arbeits-/Esszimmer. Außerdem zwei Schlafzimmer, das von Elisabeth und dein Zukünftiges. :)
Da unsere Wohnung im Tiefparterre/ in der Gartenetage ist, schaut man auf der einen Seite in den Garten hinaus und im Sommer bleibt die Wohnung schön kühl.
Das Zimmer hat 13 m² und eine Loggia, die in den Garten hinausschaut. Somit hat man Ausblick ins Grüne und es ist immer ruhig. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermieten. Das Bett (140x200), ein Schrank, ein Regal, ein Ganzkörperspiegel und Vorhänge sind vorhanden.

The apartment has 4 commonrooms: the kitchen, the bathroom with toilet, the living room and a home office space/dining room. There are 2 bedrooms, the one of Elisabeth and your future one. :)
Because our apartment is downstairs, at one side it goes into the garden and because of that during the hot summer days it is always cool inside.
The bedroom has 13m² and a loggia, which faces the green and calm garden. I would leave my room furnished with a bed (140x200), a wardrobe, a shelf, a full-length mirror and curtains.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und ist ideal für KFU-Student*innen. Sie befindet sich im Grazer Stadtteil Geidorf und ist sehr nah am Zentrum gelegen, den Hauptplatz erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 15 min, den Stadtpark in ca. 5 min. Auch alle Universitäten sind zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder ÖPNV innerhalb von 5-15 min erreichbar.

The apartement is in a quiet location and is ideal for KFU students. It is located in the district of Graz called Geidorf and is very close to the city centre, the main square can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, the city park Stadtpark in about 5 minutes. All universities can also be reached on foot, by bike or public transport within 5-15 minutes.

Ich (Katharina, 21) wohne jetzt seit zwei Jahren mit meiner Schwester Elisabeth in dieser Wohnung. Wir sind aus Oberösterreich und zum Studieren nach Graz gezogen. Ich mache im Sommersemester ein Auslandssemester und vermiete deswegen mein Zimmer für die Zeit von Anfang Februar bis Ende Juli.
Hallo, hier deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Elli! Ich (23) studiere im Master Konferenzdolmetschen und Übersetzen, bin an der Uni angestellt und arbeite geringfügig als Dolmetscherin. Wenn noch Zeit bleibt, spaziere ich gerne stundenlang durch Graz (die Lage der WG bietet sich ja super an) oder organisiere Get Togethers mit meinen Freund*innen. Meine Sommer verbringe ich gerne in Spanien oder in Linz, bei meiner Familie.
Unsere Wohnung wird oft umfunktioniert in Kino, Ort für Spieleabende oder (wenn's dann doch stressig wird) Bib. Auch wenn viel los ist, wird bei uns daheim sehr viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit gelegt. Natürlich ist die Wohnung auch ein Rückzugsort und es wird sehr viel gefaulenzt. :D

I (Katharina, 21) have been living in this apartment with my sister Elisabeth for two years now. We are from Upper Austria and moved to Graz to study. I will be abroad for the summer semester. Therefore I am renting out my room from the beginning of February to the end of July.
Hi there, this is your future roommate Elli! I (23) am studying for a Master's degree in Conference Interpreting and Translation, am employed at the university and work part-time as an interpreter. When there's any time left, I love to walk around Graz for hours (the location of our apartment is perfect for that) or organise get-togethers with my friends. I like to spend my summers in Spain or in Linz with my family.
We love to turn our apartment into a cinema, a place for game nights or (when things do get stressful) a library. Even when there's a lot going on, we really appreciate to have a clean and tidy home. Of course our apartment is also a place to escape stress and we love to chill and do nothing. :D
