Hi, wir suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere WG!
Da unsere Mitbewohnerin auszieht und ich in ihr Zimmer umziehe, wird mein gemütliches Zimmer frei. Das Fenster ist nach Westen gerichtet. In der Wohnung sind Bad und WC getrennt und noch dazu gibt es einen Abstellraum. In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten, außer Internet, dabei.
Hi, we're looking for someone new for our shared flat!
Since our roommate is moving and i'll be changing rooms, my current room will be up for grabs. The window is facing west. The toilet is seperated from the bathroom and there is also a utility room. All extra costs, except internet, are already included in the rent.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für Studierende der KFU oder der Kunstuni, da beide Universitäten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Bus und Tram sind genauso in wenigen Gehminuten entfernt. Auch wenn die Wohnung keinen Balkon besitzt, ist der Stadtpark nicht weit weg. Die Wohnung befindet sich mehr oder weniger im Uni-Viertel, also sind genug Restaurants und Clubs in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie der Spar in der Zinzendorfergasse, sind sehr leicht erreichbar.
The flat is ideal for students, who are studying either at the KFU or Arts University, because they're only a few minutes away, as is public transit, convenience stores, restaurants and clubs. Even though we have no balcony, Stadtpark is also very closeby.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner und Mitbewohnerin sind Barbara und ich (Andreas). Barbara (20) besucht zurzeit das Grafikdesign-Abenkolleg an der Ortweinschule. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie auch gerne Reiten. Ich (21) studiere derzeit Elektrotechnik-Toningenieur an der TU Graz und Kunstuni. Nebenbei musiziere ich gerne und bin generell an Musik begeistert. Wir beide sind eher ruhige, aber offene Menschen und ganz unkompliziert. Weiters haben wir einen Putzplan, damit die Wohnung nicht zu sehr ins Chaos verfallt ;).
Your future flatmates will be Barbara and i (Andreas). Barbara (20) attends the Graphicdesign studies at the Ortweinschule. In her leisure time she goes horseback riding. I (21) study audio engineering at the university of technology and at the arts university Graz. I myself like to play music and generally get excited about music. We're very open people and uncomplicated. Also we have a cleaning plan, so that the flat doesn't turn into chaos ;).
