ich vermiete mein ca 34 qm großes, wunderbar ruhig gelegenes und voll möbliertes ( 160 cm Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa/Sessel, Kasten/Kleiderschrank ) Doppel-Zimmer vom 11. Juli bis zum 4. Oktober. Die Zimmer können vollständig getrennt werden und sind jeweils ca. 17 qm groß.
Das eine Zimmer nutze ich als Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Sofaecke und das andere als Schlafzimmer.
Die zentral gelegene Wohnung ist insgesamt ca 160 qm groß und beinhaltet alles, was man zum Leben braucht.
W-Lan ist natürlich verfügbar.
An der Küche befindet sich noch ein Balkon, auf dem man den ganzen Tag über die Sonne genießen kann.
Bad und WC sind getrennt.
Supermärkte sowie öffentliche Verkehrsanbindungen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die KF- und die Med Uni, sowie der Stadtpark sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Freibad!
Oben drauf gibt es noch drei super liebe und unkomplizierte Mitbewohner.

I rent my 34 qm double-room (fully equiped) over the summer from 11th of july till 4th of october. One room can be used as a living room and one as a bed room. They can be completely separated.
W-lan flatrate included.
Fully equiped kitchen with a blacony.
Bathroom and toilet are separated.
Supermarkets and public transport, as well as the urban park are easy to reach.
Three awesome, open minded roommates included.
