Diese Wohnung ist die ideale Lösung für jemanden, der zwar mehr Raum sucht, aber nicht alleine wohnen möchte. Das extra Zimmer ist als Büro eingerichtet und kann auch als Gästezimmer fungieren. Solltest du an der Mitnutzung dieses Zimmers nicht interessiert sein, kann man über den Preis reden.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist 32 Jahre alt und von Beruf Lehrerin. Abends sitzen wir gern (auch mal bei einem Gläschen) in der Küche zusammen. Ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen - ich habe mit ihr immerhin 7 Jahre zusammen gewohnt, zusammen gekocht oder was gemeinsam unternommen. :)
More than a shared room
This apartment is the ideal solution for someone looking for more space but not wanting to live alone. The extra room is an office and can also function as a guest room. Should you not be interested in sharing this room, the price can be discussed.
Your future roommate is 32 years old and a teacher by profession. In the evenings we like to sit together in the kitchen (sometimes with a glass of wine). I highly recommend living with her - I have been sharing my flat with her for more than 7 years and we cooked together or went out together.
