Wegen meinem Auslandsaufenthalt sucht mein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer einen neuen Bewohner (oder eine Bewohnerin ;-))!
Das Zimmer selbst hat ca. 15m² und ist von Februar bis (einschließlich) Juni frei. Nach Absprache ist auch ein Einzug Ende Jänner möglich. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und es kann alles übernommen werden (keine Ablöse).
Die Wohnung selbst hat ca. 70m², eine ideale Raumaufteilung und wurde vor kurzem renoviert. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Esstisch, vielen gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einer Schlafcouch. Außerdem zur Wohnung gehören eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Vorraum, Bad, WC, Abstellraum und ein großer Balkon (Zugang übers Wohnzimmer). Alle Räume sind hell und bieten viel Platz.

The room has about 15m² and is available from February to June. Moving in already in the end of january could be arranged. The room is fully furnished and everything can be used without extra payment.
The apartement itself has about 70m², an ideal floor plan and has been renovated recently. There's a large living room with a dining table, a few seats and couches (also one that can be used for sleeping). Furthermore there are a well equipped kitchen, anteroom, bathroom, WC, storage room and a large balcony (access through the living room). All rooms are bright and spacious.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und grünen, aber zentrumsnahen Gegend. Der Wohnblock liegt direkt an der Mur und hat eine super Verkehrsanbindung (Linien 4, 5, 41 und 62 in unmittelbarer Nähe, Radwege direkt am Haus vorbei). Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe sind Supermärkte, Banken, Apotheke, Post, ....
Die Innenstadt, die Uni und der Hauptbahnhof sind je in ungefähr 15min zu erreichen.
//The flat is located in a quiet and green, but center-near area. The house is seated directly next to the river Mur. Tram- and buslines (4, 5, 41, 62) are in the immediate area, as well as bicycle routes, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, post office, ...
The inner city, the university and the main station can each be reached in approximately 15min.
Wir (zur Zeit 1m, 1w) sind beide Mitte 20 und mittlerweile berufstätig. Wir sind beide offene und kommunikative Personen, aber durch unsere Jobs und Hobbies viel unterwegs. Daher ist es in der Wohnung meistens relativ ruhig :) Gegenüber einer Singlewohnung ist es trotzdem einfach schöner, nicht immer ganz allein zuhaus zu sein, sich gelegentlich zum quatschen zusammenzusetzen und vor allem eine riesige Wohnung zur Verfügung zu haben. Für uns ist es eigentlich egal ob du Männlein, Weiblein, Student oder berufstätig bist, so lang du dich hier wohl fühlst :)
//We (at the moment 1 man, 1 woman) are both in our mid-twenties and working by now. We're both communicative and open personalities, but often on the move, due to our jobs and hobbies. So in the flat, it's relatively quiet most of the time :) But compared to living alone, it's nice to not be at home all alone all the time, have a little talk from time to time and especially having a huge flat to use! For us, it doesn't matter if you're male, female, student or employed, as long as you feel comfortable here :)
