Spacious, modern WG-Zimmer to rent in Geidorf, Grabenstraße 21. 5 minutes from KF-Uni and 10 minutes by bike to the TU. 2 storey apartment including living room, kitchen and small garden. Dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of fridge space.
It is a 4 person WG and you would be living with 2 Austrian Students and one English Language Assistant.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Grabenstraße 21. und ist somit 5 min Gehzeit von der KF-Uni entfernt und auch die TU ist mit einem Rad in 10 min erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat gesamt 125 qm, ist 2. Stöckig, besitzt ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und einen kleinen Garten der im Sommer fürs Grillen genützt wird. :)
Außerdem sind ein Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und mehrere Kühlschränke vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist keine Zwecksweg und es wird auf jeden Fall wert auf gutes Auskommen gelegt! Geteilt würde die Wohnung mit einem Studenten des Bauingenieurswesens, einem Sportstudenten und einem kleinen dicken Engländer der aber auch ganz nett ist.
In der Miete sind alle Kosten miteingerechnet inklusive Gis-und Internetgebühren.
Möbel können bei Bedarf übernommen werden.
