Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon (über die Küche erreichbar) mit einer schönen Aussicht Richtung Tegetthoffplatz. Außerdem gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne (Bad & WC sind getrennt) und einen gemeinsamen Raum (mit Couch), der zu den verschiedenen Zimmern führt.
Du teilst dir die WG mit einer Studentin (26 Jahre alt) und einem Grafikdesigner (berufstätig, 25 Jahre alt). Das WG-Leben ist gemütlich und gelegentlich wird gemeinsam gekocht, Brettspiele gespielt oder einfach nur gequatscht.
Die Warmmiete beträgt €365, alles inklusive!

This nice room is available from September 2021 until late January 2022! Perfect for Erasmus students!
The tram stops right in front of the flat, a supermarket is within a few minutes of walking distance.
The flat has a balcony with a nice view towards Tegetthoffplatz.
You'll be sharing the flat with a student (26 years old) and a graphic designer (25 years old). Life in the shared flat is cozy and occasionally, we cook, play board games and spend time together.
The rent is €365, all inclusive (internet, electricity, etc.)
