The room is 21m2 and has two parts, one a very special and closed veranda, size 6m2. The whole apartment is to be found on three levels, your room will be on first level, nearby the kitchen. Second level are two further rooms, and the third is a part of its own. It is a silent environment and your room is on the inside of the building.
Look at the photos: it is north of Schlossberg, in the heart of Graz. Central park is there within three minutes walk, main Campus of Karl-Franzens-University of Graz is within 5 minutes walk, public transport 3 minutes; University Sports Institute is about 5 minutes walk. There are numerous shopping possibilities.
Your roommates are Huan from China, Bianca from Brazil and Rene from Germany. Common spoken language is english. If you want you can learn and talk three other languages, Rene of course can help you with german, the allday language in Austria.
You can do a lot of things together: Hiking for example on weekends, cooking together or going shopping at the (farmer) markets that are not far away. Playing cards or just sitting together in the evening. You can also have parties together.
Rene works as an ingenieur at Magna, full-time, Bianca and Huan are studying mathematics in PhD programme. Huan is also working part-time.
the landlord of the apartment is Grazer Wechselseitige Versicherung. We will have to fill out some forms before you can move in (they need some information before you can sign the contract, together with your futute roommates).
The rent includes every cost, even wlan unlimited and household insurance, so EUR 363,63 is all you have to pay. The Caution is EUR 860,- and to be paid in cash when you get the keys to the apartment. The caution you will get back when you move out again (and there is no damage in your room).
