Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem:r Zwischenmieter:in für mein Zimmer in unserer 3-er WG, da das Sommersemester 2022 auf Erasmus gehen werde.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 8. Stock mit großem Balkon und Blick ins Grüne. Man hat vom Zimmer aus direkten Zugang auf den Balkon. Außerdem ist ein kleiner Abstellraum in die Zimmergröße mit einberechnet, welcher als begehbarer Kleiderschrank benutzt wird.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, mit Bett, Couch und Schreibtisch und ein paar Pflanzem. Die Möbel bleiben während ich weg bin im Zimmer, es kann aber gerne etwas umgestellt oder verändert werden. Besonders freue ich mich auch, wenn auf meine Pflanzen aufgepasst wird :)
Die Wohnung selbst hat drei Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad, zwei Abstellräume und einen Balkon.

I am looking for an interim tenant for my room in our 3-person shared apartment, since I will go on Erasmus during the spring semester 2022.
The room is located on the 8th floor with a large balcony and a nice view. You have direct access to the balcony from the room. There is also a small storage room included in the room size, which is used as a walk-in closet.
The room is fully furnished, with bed, couch and desk and a few plants. The furniture will stay in the room while I am away, but you are welcome to rearrange or change anything. I am also especially happy if my plants are taken care of :)
The apartment itself has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, two storage rooms and a balcony.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Hasnerplatz in Geidorf, mit Bim (3er und 5er) in 5 Minuten Fußweg und Bus (41er, 58er, 63er) in 8 Minuten Fußweg. Auf der Uni (KF oder TU) ist man mit dem Rad jeweils unter 10 Minuten und auch die Innenstadt und der Stadtpark erreicht man mit dem Rad in 5 Minuten.
Der nächste Spar und Billa ist gleich um die Ecke und es gibt auch einen Auer. Außerdem befinden sich in der Gegend die Stadtbibliothek, einige Laufstrecken und man ist schnell am Rosenhain.

The apartment is located at Hasnerplatz in Geidorf, with tram (3er and 5er) in 5 minutes walking distance and bus (41er, 58er, 63er) in 8 minutes walking distance. The university (KF or TU) can be reached by bike in less than 10 minutes and the city center and the city park can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.
The nearest Spar and Billa is just around the corner and there is also an Auer for baked goods. In addition, the city library is in the area, some running trails and you are quickly at the Rosenhain.
In der WG leben zurzeit Christoph (4. Semester Lehramtstudent Mathe + Psychologie), Jakob (2. Semester Medizinstudent) und Theresa (6. Semester USW-Studentin). Ich (Theresa) bin ab Ende Jänner in St. Petersburg und suche eine:n Zwischenmieter:in für mein Zimmer.
Wir sind alle drei aus Oberösterreich und sind im September in die Wohnung gezogen. Wir kennen uns noch aus der Schule, sind aber alle zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten nach Graz gezogen und haben daher auch unterschiedliche Freundeskreise. Es wird aber gerne gemeinsam gekocht und auch der eine oder andere Spieleabend veranstaltet. Im Sommer planen wir dann auch den Balkon wirklich in Betrieb zu nehmen. Da wir alle noch relativ "neu" eingezogen sind, freuen wir uns natürlich auch über deine Ideen für die WG.

Christoph (4th semester math + psychology student), Jakob (2nd semester medical student) and Theresa (6th semester USW student) are currently living in the shared flat. I (Theresa) will be in St. Petersburg from the end of January until the end of June and am looking for somebody to move into my room during that time.
We are all three from Upper Austria and moved into the apartment in September. We still know each other from high school, but we all moved to Graz at different times and therefore have different circles of friends. However, we like to cook together and also like to have game nights. In the summer we plan to really put the balcony into operation. Since we are all still relatively "newly" moved in, we are of course also happy to hear about your ideas for the WG.
Miete sind ca. 370€ (inkl. WLAN, Strom, ect.) Falls du etwas früher oder später ein- bzw. ausziehen möchtest, ist das auch kein Problem, das können wir uns dann gerne ausmachen.:)

Rent is about 370€ (inclusive WIFI, electricity, ect.). If you would like to move in earlier than February 1st or move out later than June 30th, that would also not be a problem. :)
