Mein 26m2 Zimmer wird ab Anfang April frei, es befindet sich in einer sehr hellen Altbauwohnung, mit sehr hohen Decken. Es enthält ein fest verbautes Hochbett und eine Schrankwand und somit extrem viel Stauraum. Bei meinem Auszug werde ich meine Möbel grundsätzliche mitnehmen, über Ablöse bei Interesse wäre ich offen :-) Trotz zentraler Lage ist es ruhig im Zimmer, da die Fenster zur Harrachgasse und somit auf eine nicht viel befahrene Einbahn gerichtet sind. Außerdem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon in den Innenhof.
My 26m2 room is going to be available from the beginning of april! It's a very bright old apartment, with very high ceilings. It includes a fixed loft bed and a fixed wardrobe with lots of storage space. I will take my furniture with me. Despite the very central location, it is quite during day and night because the windows of my room are facing a not very busy one-way-street. Furthermore we have a community balcony facing the backyard.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Stadtpark und der Hauptuniversität Karl-Franzens. Das näheste Lebensmittelgeschäft ist 5 Minuten Gehweg entfernt, es gibt auch verschiedene Busstationen, die in ein paar Minuten Gehweg erreichbar sind. Es gibt viele Bars, Restaurants und Clubs in der Gegend, auch Hauptplatz und Jakominiplatz sind in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
The apartment is located right next to the Stadtpark and the main university Karl-Franzens-Universität. The next grocery shop is reachable by 5 minutes walking. You can catch buses and trams at different stations, all reachable by 5-10 minutes walking. There are several bars, restaurants and clubs around. The main square and Jakominiplatz are reachable in 10 minutes.
In der WG wohnen 3 Studentin:innen, davon 2 Frauen und ein Mann, und eine Katze namens Elfi. Um Elfi wird sich gekümmert, sie ist stubenrein und zutraulich. Es herrscht eine freundschaftliche und lustige Atmosphäre und es wird auch manchmal gemeinsam gelacht, gekocht, gegessen und zusammengesessen. Auch wenn es hin und wieder chaotisch werden kann, legen wir Wert auf Ordnung und Kommunikation.
At the moment there are 3 students living, 2 women and a men. We also have a super cute cat called Elfi. There is a friendly and humourious environment and we laugh, cook, eat and hang out together sometimes. Even if it gets messy sometimes, tidiness and communication is very important to us.
