WG Zimmer Nähe Zentrum

Die Wohnung liegt in Geidorf, einem bei Studenten sehr beliebten Viertel! Der Campus der KF Uni ist in 5-10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und alle anderen Unis sind auch nicht weit - vor allem dann, wenn man sich aufs Rad schwingt.
Zum Einkaufen hat man es noch kürzer: in 5 min ist man beim Spar, Billa, Bipa oder einem der wenigen 24h Bier&Snack-Automaten ;)
Durch die Nähe zum Geidorfplatz (eine Gehminute) ist man auch super mit den Öffis angebunden.
Das schönste an der Lage ist jedoch die Nähe zum Stadtpark, in dem sich bei schönen Wetter Alle zum Sportmachen, Abhängen, Lesen, Feiern,… treffen.

The flat is located in Geidorf, a very popular neighbourhood for students! The KF University campus is a 5-10 minute walk away and all the other universities are not far away either - especially if you get on your bike.
It's even shorter to go shopping: in 5 minutes you can be at Spar, Billa, Bipa or one of the few 24-hour beer & snack vending machines ;)
The proximity to Geidorfplatz (one minute's walk) also provides excellent public transport connections.
The best thing about the location, however, is the proximity to the city park, where everyone meets in nice weather to do sports, hang out, read, party,....

Wir sind ein bunter Haufen, mit unterschiedlichen Studien und (teilweise) verschiedenen Hobbies - dadurch findet sich auch immer Jemand für spontane Kaffe-Talks auf dem Balkon, gemeinsames Kochen, Bewegung an der frischen Luft und für‘s Feiern oder entspannte Feierabendbier! Wenn einem das Gewusel in einer 6er-WG mal zu viel wird, ist das eigene Zimmer auf alle Fälle ein guter und respektierter Rückzugsort…!
Wie es sich für eingegroovte WG-Bewohner*innen gehört, solltest du dich natürlich auch nicht davor scheuen mal den Müll rauszubringen und den Putzplan einzuhalten ;)
Jetzt zu deinen neuen Mitbewohner*innen:

Unser WG-Ältester Aaron (26) studiert Medizin, arbeitet ehrenamtlich beim Roten-Kreuz, kriegt hier und da mal einen Modelauftrag, spielt gerne Gitarre und liebt ausgelassene Gespräche in der Küche. Falls du einen Buddy zum trainieren brauchst, bist du bei ihm auch richtig!

Sophie (22) studiert Pädagogik und arbeitet teilzeit im Kindergarten. Sie liebt Sport, geht gerne in‘s Gym, fährt Mountainbike und fühlt sich am besten, wenn sie in den Bergen wandern geht oder ihren zahlreichen Freund*innen abhängt.

Isabella (22) studiert Kunstgeschichte, macht immer super leckeres Essen, geht ins Gym und ihr ist zuverdanken, dass unsere Wohnung und vor Allem der Balkon immer schön gestaltet ist. Basteln, Malen, Kochen, quatschen - mit Isi immer nice!

Heni (20) ist neu in der WG. Sie mag alles was kreativ ist und Backpackt gerne. Sie freut sich wenn jemand Kaffeklatsch mit ihr macht und bei Flohmärkten und Techno feiern gehen ist sie auch immer dabei!

Felix (23) ist auch grade neue in der WG. Er begeistert sich für Fotografie, Rennradfahren und wirkt super nett! (Kenne ihn leider nur vom WG-Casting).

Falls du das Gefühl hast in die WG reinzupassen, melde dich gerne bei uns und komm für eine Besichtigung vorbei bzw. für eine Online Besichtigung, da die meisten grade im Urlaub sind.

We are a colourful bunch, with different studies and (partly) different hobbies - so there is always someone for spontaneous coffee talks on the balcony, cooking together, exercise in the fresh air and for partying or relaxed after-work beers! If the hustle and bustle of a 6-person flat-share becomes too much, your own room is definitely a good and respected place to retreat to...!
Of course, as befits a well-established flatmate, you shouldn't be afraid to take out the rubbish and stick to the cleaning schedule ;)
Now for your new flatmates:

Our oldest flatmate Aaron (26) studies medicine, works as a volunteer for the Red Cross, gets the occasional modelling job, likes to play the guitar and loves to have a good time in the kitchen. If you need a buddy to work out with, you've come to the right place!

Sophie (22) studies education and works part-time in a kindergarten. She loves sports, going to the gym, mountain biking and feels best when hiking in the mountains or hanging out with her many friends.

Isabella (22) studies art history, always makes delicious food, goes to the gym and thanks to her, our flat and especially the balcony are always beautifully decorated. Handicrafts, painting, cooking, chatting - always nice with Isi!

Heni (20) is new in the flat-sharing community. She likes everything creative and backpacking. She is happy when someone does coffee klatsch with her and she is always there at flea markets and techno parties!

Felix (23) is also new in the flat share. He is enthusiastic about photography, road cycling and seems super nice! (Unfortunately, I only know him from the WG casting).

Es gibt 2 Bäder in der WG. Einen sehr breiten schönen großen Gang, und einen coolen Balkon, auf dem man super entspannen kann. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine gibt´s auch.

There are 2 bathrooms in the WGa, a very wide nice big hallway, and a cool balcony where you can relax super. Washing machine and dishwasher are also available.
