Looking for someone to take over my room as I will be moving away from Graz and our lovely wg. </3 The room is 12m2, fully furnished and available from february.
The apartment has a lovely modern kitchen and a great balcony which gets full sunshine during the afternoon and evening.
The apartment is located just a 5 minute walk from Geidorfplatz and has a Billa and Spar moments away. KF is just a few minutes away on bike and there’s a bus stop right outside our door to Jakominiplatz.
You will be sharing the flat with the loveliest flatmates, Johanna (from Germany) and Sally (from Ireland). We are looking for someone who is easy-going and tidy but who is happy to spend time with everyone in the apartment, enjoy a beer, try new baking recipes and wander around Sunday flea markets etc.
The flat has wifi (9€/month). The room is fully furnished with a bed & mattress, table, desk, clothes rack, lounge chair, wardrobe & dresser that I would be happy to leave in the room for a small sum. There are some parking spots behind the house that work on a first come/first served basis.
