Es befindet sich ein eingebautes Hochbett im Zimmer, was einem noch genügend Platz zum Chillen unterhalb des Bettes ermöglicht.
Dieses Zimmer hat auch ein begehbaren Kleiderschrank- super praktisch und einen wunderschönen Balkon der Vormittags bis Mittags (ca. 2 Uhr) sonnig ist.
Es gibt auch einen kleinen Innenhof Garten den man mitbenutzen kann.

This room also has a walk-in closet - super practical and it has a beautiful balcony that is sunny in the morning until noon.
There is also a small garden.
Super zentrale Lage. Uni ist gleich ums Eck, genauso wie ein Spar. Stadtpark ist 4 Minuten entfernt und die Innenstadt erreichst du in 13 Minuten Gehzeit.
Gute Anbindung an vielen Bussen und Straßenbahnen.

University is just around the corner, as well as a supermarket.
Du würdest mit 4 super lieben Mitbewohnern zusammenleben Eike (30), Arne (27), Moritz (24), und Marianne (29). In der WG wird miteinander gelebt und sie ist keine Zweck-WG. Es werden Spieleabende unternommen oder einfach gemeinsam Kaffee getrunken.
Die WG wird im August traurigerweise aufgelöst, da 2 ihr Studium beenden werden und ich mit meinem Freund zusammen zieh. Da ich aber schon im April ausziehen muss - suchen ich jemanden der bis August das Zimmer übernimmt.
