Leider löst sich unsere WG zur Zeit auf. Es werden ab sofort bis Ende Juli vier Zimmer frei. Die Zimmer sind alle ähnlich gleich groß und kosten deshalb auch gleich viel. Die Wohnung ist eine große Altbauwohnung und liegt im Bezirk Geidorf. Es ist sehr ruhig, man hört so gut wie keinen Straßenlärm und hat eine schöne Aussicht über die Dächer von Graz.
- 2 Zimmer ab sofort
- 1 Zimmer ab Anfang Juli
- 1 Zimmer flexibel ab Mai/ Anfang August
Im Mietpreis von 428€ sind sämtliche Kosten (Kaltmiete, Heiz- und Betriebskosten, Strom sowie Internet) inbegriffen. Ab Juni wird die Miete billiger. Wie viel genau wissen wir leider noch nicht.
Einige Möbel sind vorhanden.

Unfortunately, our flat share is currently disbanding. As of now until the end of July, four rooms will be available. All rooms are similar in size and therefore cost the same. The apartment is a large old building located in the Geidorf district. It's very quiet, with no street noise, and offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Graz.
The rent of €428 includes all costs (basic rent, heating and operating costs, electricity, and internet). The rent will decrease in June, but we don't know the exact amount yet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage! Der Geidorfplatz ist 1 Gehminute entfernt, bei der Karl-Franzens Uni ist man in 5, im Stadtpark oder beim Schlossberg ist man auch in 5 Minuten, Spar und Billa sind gefühlt vor der Haustüre und auch die Öffis sind in 1 Minute erreicht. Stadtzentrum oder z.B. alte Technik sind so 15 Minuten Fußweg, aber das ist auch noch sehr überschaubar :)
Bonus: Man ist superschnell beim Rosenhain, wenn man mal Lust auf bissl Natur oder ne geile Aussicht hat.

The apartment is in the best location! The Geidorfplatz is 1 minute walk away, at the Karl-Franzen University you are in 5, in the city park or at the Schlossberg you are also in 5 minutes, Spar and Billa are felt on the doorstep and also the public transport is reached in 1 minute. City center or e.g. old technology are approx a 15 minutes walk away, but that is also still very manageable :)
Bonus: You are super fast at the Rosenhain, if you ever feel like beeing in the nature or chilling with a view.
Da wir alle ausziehen ist jetzt Raum dafür, dass ihr ein ganz neues WG-Leben gestalten könnt :)
