Die Wände sind sehr gut isoliert; man hört nichts von den Zimmern daneben.
Das Zimmer wurde letzter August weiß gestrichen.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock (mit Lift) und hat ca. 76 m2.
Darüber hinaus bietet das Gebäude ein möbliertes und geräumiges Dach mit Blick auf die Stadt (siehe Bilder). Es hat einen Keller, Wasch-/Trocknerraum, eigenen Parkplatz und überdachte Fahrradständer.
Die Monatsmiete beläuft sich auf 335€ (all inclusive: BK, Strom, Heizung, Internet). Die Kaution ist 850€.

Large, bright room with a balcony. The room is fully furnished and price for all the furniture can be negotiated. The walls of the room are very well isolated and you can never hear noise coming from the roommate next door. The room was painted white last August. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with access to an elevator.
In addition, the building offers furnished and spacious rooftop with a nice view to the city (see pictures).It has cellar, washer/dryer room, own parking spot and covered bike racks.
The monthly rent is 335€ (all inclusive: "BK", electricity, heating, Internet). The deposit is 850€.

Es liegt an der Ecke Merangasse und Morellenfeldgasse, direkt an einem Park und einem Bach. 2 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum System Science, Innovation and Sustainability Research Institute der KF, und ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Hauptgebäude der KF University. Die alte TU ist mit dem Fahrrad ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Billa ist 2 Minuten und Spar 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Die Bimlinien 3, 7 und 1 sowie die Busse 63 und 64 sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

It is located on the corner of Merangasse and Morellenfeldgasse, right by a park and a creek. 2 minutes by bike to System Science, Innovation and Sustainability Research Institute of KF, and about 5 mins by bike to the main building of KF University. Old TU is about 3 mins away by bike. Billa is 2 mins away and Spar about 5 mins away by bike.
Tram 3, 7, and 1, and bus 63 & 64 are reachable in less than 5 mins walk.

Unsere WG ist unkompliziert bzw. entspannt und jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Jeder hat seinen vollgepackten Alltag, doch wenn wir uns über den Weg laufen quatschen wir auch gerne miteinander. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären Petra und Nora und sind zwei ganz liebe Studentinnen.
