The room is light and not overloaded with furniture. There is one bed inside now.
The window is well sound-isolated it's really quiet.
There are 2 floors and your room is on the ground floor, next to the entrance. There are 2 bathrooms, so no qeues to shower etc. We are also having a workshop on the ground floor and the music studio in the cellar; on the first floor: spacious living room with green balcony-terrace with view on the Schlossberg and the Murinsel.
We have a projector wall and board games for some nice shared evening. The kitchen is fully-equipped.
The location is extremely central: 1 min from Mariahilferplatz, 5 min walk to the main square, 2 min to the Kunsthaus, balcony is giving a view to the beautiful part of the Mur and Murinsel, Sclossberg.
Our house is situated in the very creative and local part of Graz, all possible kind of bars, pubs and small restaurants, amazing grocery market and several supermarkets, eco-design shops and nice small local as well as international restaurants are literally around the house.
You will hardly ever need to use transport, as everything is pretty much couple of steps around. The closest tram stop is Kunsthaus, from where you need only 4 stops to the main train station; 2 stops to Jakominiplatz (main transport stop in Graz).
You will live with Laura (25) italienische und polnische Fotografin, Amelia (25) from Australia students of composition. Kara ( 30) from Australia, Denis (30) from Belgium his a french teacher, Kai (around 45 ) Austrian doing circus. Michi from Germany (35) student of pedagogy and Stexx (around 40) Austrian and sound Ingenieur.
We are international open-minded space we are not a party wg but we like to spend some time together in the Livingroom, drinking some tee/coffee, playing some board games, cooking sometimes together or going out. Even if we are 8 it's working really good everyone has different life rythme so we never really feel that we live with so many people, it's happening really not offen that we are all at the same moment around :))
