WG Zimmer in 3er WG

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Gries, Lazarettgasse. Es gibt direkte Buslinien (31, 32, 33) circa 2 Minuten entfernt von unserer Wohnung. Der City Park ist circa 7 Gehminuten entfernt und es gibt auch einen Lidl in der Nähe. Der Billa am Griesplatz ist auch schnell erreichbar. Zusätzlich gibt es den Oeverseepark in der Nähe falls du mal einen gemütlichen Tag draußen verbringen möchtest. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar und mit der Linie 31 ist man in circa 15 Minuten auf der Karl-Franzens-Universität.

The apartment is located in Gries, Lazarettgasse. There are direct bus lines (31, 32, 33) about 2 minutes away from our apartment. The City Park (shopping center) is about a 7-minute walk away and there is also a Lidl (grocery store) nearby. The Billa (grocery store) at the Griesplatz can also be reached quickly. In addition, there is the Oeverseepark nearby if you want to spend a leisurely day outside. The city center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and with bus line 31 you can get to the Karl-Franzens-University in about 15 minutes.

Alexandra und Ich (Celine) wohnen seit einem Jahr gemeinsam in der WG. Wir studieren beide Sozialpädagogik im Master und ich arbeite zusätzlich Teilzeit in der Familienentlastung.
Wir sind sehr lebensfrohe Menschen und tauschen uns gerne aus - somit ist unsere WG keine Zweck-WG.
Zu uns:
Wir kochen sehr gerne in der WG, das machen wir eigentlich jeden Tag. Bei uns gibt es einen Wochenplan und jeden Tag gibt es was anderes zu essen (Nudel mit Butter? Bei uns keine Chance!). Wenn dir das zusagen würde können wir das auch in Zukunft gemeinsam machen :-)
Alexandra und ich sind Raucher und verbringen gerne gemeinsam gemütliche Stunden am Gemeinschaftsbalkon im Wohnzimmer - ja richtig gelesen, unsere WG hat zwei Balkone! (win, win!) Ansonsten machen wir eigentlich Dinge die jeder macht: Party (wenn nicht gerade Corona uns das versaut), Spritzerabende, Spieleabende, Kino, Bücher lesen oder einfach mal nur jeder in seinem Zimmer chillen


Unsere WG haben wir gerne sauber, somit gibt es auch einen Putzplan - solltest du jedoch wegen Stress einmal nicht dazukommen, sind wir nicht böse auf dich - alles eine Frage der Kommunikation!

Alexandra and I (Celine) have been living in the shared flat for a year. We are both studying social pedagogy in our master’s program and I also work part-time in family relief.
We are very cheerful people and like to exchange ideas - so our flat share is not a shared flat for purpose.

To us:
We love to cook in the shared apartment, we actually do that every day. We have a weekly schedule and there is something different to eat every day (pasta with butter? No chance with us!). If you like that, we can do it together in the future :-)
Alexandra and I are smokers and like to spend cozy hours together on the shared balcony in the living room - yes, you read that correctly, our flat has two balconies! (win, win!) Otherwise we actually do things that everyone does: parties (if Covid19 doesn't mess that up), wine evenings, game evenings, movies, read books or just chill out in our own rooms.


We like to keep our flat clean, so there is also a cleaning schedule - but if there is a time u can`t do it may of stress, we're not angry with you - it's all a question of communication!

Wir haben eigentlich alles was wir für ein WG-Leben brauchen somit musst du nicht unbedingt Inventar mitbringen - ansonsten kann man sich das noch easy ausreden!
Es gibt ein Kellerabteil und auch einen Fahrradabstellplatz im Innenhof.
Wir verfügen über eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Cafe Vollautomat und auch einen Mixer - Technik ist da, haha!
Leider haben wir nur keine Parkplätze, jedoch Grüne Zone vor der Tür - solltest du ein Auto haben brauchst du hier also eine Parkkarte die du in Graz beantragen kannst!

We actually have everything we need for living in a shared apartment, so you don't necessarily have to bring inventory with you - otherwise it's easy to talk about that!
There is a cellar compartment and a bicycle parking space in the courtyard. We have a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine and also a mixer - technology is there, haha!
Unfortunately we just don't have any parking spaces, but there is a green zone in front of the door - if you have a car you need a parking card that you can apply for in Graz!
