Da ich Mitte Januar mein Auslandssemester in Spanien beginne, suchen wir eine/-n Untermieter/-in für mein Zimmer in unserer Augarten-WG. Das Zimmer selbst hat 22m2 und ist Richtung Süden zum wunderschönen Park ausgerichtet. Das Zimmer könnte voll möbliert übergeben werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Obergeschoss und besticht durch ihren Altbau-flair. Die Küche ist geräumig, voll ausgestattet und beinhaltet sogar einen Geschirrspüler. Das Wohnzimmer punktet durch den funktionstüchtigen Kamin und den optimalen Lichtverhältnissen für spannende Filmabende. Es gibt auch einen Balkon, der besonders im Sommer zum draußen sitzen einladet. Des Weiteren ist das Bad und die Toilette in zwei separaten Räumen und ein kleiner Lagerraum rundet die 105m2 große Wohnung auch schon ab.

We are looking for a new member in our Augarten flat share. The room itself has 22m2 and faces to the park and museum. The room could ideally be taken over fully furnished.
The flat is on the third floor and has an “Altbau!-flair. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped and even includes a dishwasher. The living room’s highlight is its usable fireplace and the optimal lighting conditions for exciting movie nights. There is also a balcony, which invites you to sit outside, especially in summer. Furthermore, the bathroom and the toilet are in two separate rooms and a small storage room round off the 105m2 flat.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral direkt am Augarten. Der Jakominiplatz mit den wichtigsten Öffi- Anbindungen ist 10 min zu Fuß von der Wohnung erreichbar. Die KF ist mit dem Rad in 10 min erreichbar und die alte TU in ca. 5 min. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Billaplus, Spar und einen Hofer auf der gegenüberliegenden Mur Seite. Der Augarten lädt zum Verweilen und sportlichen Aktivitäten ein. Es ist generell sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in einer Nebenstraße liegt.

The flat is centrally located at the Augarten. Jakominiplatz with the most important public transport connections is a 10-minute walk from the flat. The KF can be reached by bike in 10 min and the old TU in approx. 5 min. In the vicinity are several food shops such as Billaplus, Spar, and a Hofer on the opposite side of the Mur. The Augarten invites you to linger and doing sports. It is generally very quiet, as the flat is located in a side street.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerinnen sind Sarah und Esther. Beide sind sehr nette, offene und unkomplizierte Personen. Oft treffen wir uns in der Küche, um gemütlich zusammenzusitzen oder zusammen zu kochen und zu backen. Auch diverse Unternehmungen stehen hoch im Kurs wie zum Beispiel wandern oder fortgehen. Sarah studiert USW und geht gerne auf Konzerte. Esther studiert Soziologie und liebt es zu backen. Insgesamt ist unser WG- Leben sehr ungezwungen. Ganz nach dem Motto alles kann, aber nichts muss, denn wir respektieren, auch wenn sich mal jemand zurückziehen möchte.

Your future flatmates are Sarah and Esther. Both are very nice, open- minded and uncomplicated people. We often meet in the kitchen to sit together or cook and bake. Sarah studies USW and likes to go to concerts, while Esther studies sociology and likes to bake. Overall, life in our shared flats is very easy going. We like to be spontaneous but also respect the other people’s privacy when they need some time off.
