Hallo lieber WG-Sucher/ liebe WG-Sucherin!
Ich bin Johanna und ich verreise ab August in mein Auslandssemester nach Südkorea und will deswegen mein Zimmer für das kommende Semester vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und geräumig, außerdem hat man so wunderschöne Morgensonne (ein echtes Highlight). Die Möbel werden drin bleiben, du wirst also einen Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank (und zwei andere Kästen) ein Bett, ein Klavier usw. haben.
Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr neu saniert, sieht deswegen super schön aus. In der Küche und auf dem Balkon hat man ab dem Nachmittag Sonne, bis sie untergeht. Auf dem Balkon steht auch ein Sofa (ein weiteres Highlight der Wohnung) auf dem man die lauen Sommertage und Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann!
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock aber es gibt einen Lift.
Es gibt auch einen Keller mit eigener absperrbarer Abstellmöglichkeit.
Die Wohnung hat einen dazugehörigen Parkplatz, mit Absprache wäre es also in Ordnung, dass du dein eigenes Auto mitbringst oder wenn du einfach nur einen Parkplatz für den Umzug brauchst.
Auch gibt es neben dem Wohnhaus Fahrradständer.

Hi there! I'm Johanna and I'm subletting my apartment for upcoming semester (August til officially January, but it's possible to stay til mid-february if needed)
The room is really bright and spacious, you'll have all the furniture you need (a desk, wardrobe + hanging rail, several other cupbords/cabinets, a piano, bed, etc.) since it all stays in the apartment during my stay abroad.
One highlight of the room is definitely the morning sun shining through the big window.
The apartment was refurbished a year ago, so it looks modern an clean. The kitchen is really bright, as well and has access to the sunny balcony where you can have dinner on mild summer nights and the couch on which you can watch the sunset (another highlight of my beloved apartment).
The aperment is in the 3rd floor and there is an escalator.
You also get one parking spot per apartment (you'll have to arrange with the other roomates), there also is a cellar with room for storage and a cycle rack next to the entrance.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gebunden und man kommt in kürzester Zeit ins Stadtzentrum. In 2 min ist man an der Bushaltestelle "Elisabethinergasse" mit den Buslinien 31, 32, 33, die alle zum Jakominiplatz, die Nummer 31 fährt direkt zur Uni.
Auch an der nächsten Straßenbahn-Haltestelle "Roseggerhaus" ist man in nur 5 min und kann jede Straßenbahn in Richtung Innenstadt nehmen.
Die Innenstadt mit dem schönen Grazer Hauptplatz ist neben der guten Öffi-Anbindung nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt.
Neben der Elisabethinergasse befindet sich die Annenstraße. Dort findest du einige Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Vintage Läden, ein Kino usw. Über diese Straße kommt man auch innerhalb 10min zum Grazer Hauptbahnhof.
Gleich um die Ecke ist außerdem der Lendplatz, wo es tolle Lokale und Bars zu finden gibt.
Auch der Griesplatz ist in der Nähe, der wohl einzige Ort an dem man noch Döner für 2,50€ findet. Dort gibt es auch eine Boulderhalle (ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt).

The apartment has a really good accessibility to public transport. In 2 min you get to the bus station "Elisabethinergasse", where there are several buslines (31, 32, 33, etc.) to the inner city and a direct line to the Karl-Franzens University.
In 5min you reach the tramway-station "Roseggerhaus", where you can also easily get to the city center.
Apart from the public transport, you can get to the beautiful "Grazer Hauptplatz" (the city center plaza) in just a 15 minute's walk.
Next to Elisabethinergasse you'll find the "Annenstraße", the main road to the Graz Central Station. There you'll find several cafés, shopping opportunities, vintage clothing stores, a cinema etc. On top of this there is also "Lendplatz" nearby, which is a plaza or city district, known for its bars and pubs.
Additionally reachable in a 10 minutes walk, is a boulder and a reglar gym.
Wir sind bis jetzt eine nette 3-er Mädchen WG, von der nun ich und eine meiner Mitbewohnerinnen wegen einem Auslandssemester ausziehen, das heißt, dass in dieser Zeit insg. 2 Zimmer frei werden.
Die dritte Mitbewohnerin im Bunde ist Xenia, eine unglaublich liebe Deutsch-Griechin. Sie ist sehr offen und sozial und vor allem super hilfsbereit.
Mit ihr kann man richtig Spaß haben und findet auch immer Untersützung. Frisch gebackenes Brot ist auch ab und zu inklusive ;)
Sie wird sich sicher darum kümmern, dass du dich gut zurecht findest und dich gleich willkommen und wohl fühlst!

Right now, I'm sharing the apartment with two flatmates (female), and me and another are going abroad for the upcoming semester, so my third flatmate, Xenia will be the person you'll be living with. She's greek-german, so also an international, she's really open and social and will definitely help you to feel welcome!
