Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 95m2 groß und besteht aus 3 vom Gang aus zu begehenden Zimmern. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 26,8m² groß und somit im Lageplan die NR3 und nach Osten ausgerichtet. Jalousien sind vorhanden und somit kann der Raum ganz abgedunkelt werden. Dieses Zimmer kann teilmöbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch und großer Kasten) übernommen werden. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 430€ inklusive Betriebskosten.
The apartment has a total of 95m2 and consists of 3 rooms that can be accessed from the corridor. The room for rent is 26.8m² and is therefore NR3 in the plan and east-facing. Blinds are available and so the room can be completely darkened. This room can be taken over partially furnished (bed, desk and large cupboard). The total rent is €430 including operating costs.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Idlhofgasse 32. Die nächste Straßenbahnstation ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Lidl) sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6ten Stock und zusätzlich gibt es eine Dachterrasse mit schönem Blick auf den Schlossberg, die von uns verwendet werden kann.
The apartment is located at Idlhofgasse 32. The nearest tram station is a 5-minute walk away and the main train station is a 10-minute walk away. Shops (Spar, Billa) can be reached within a few minutes. The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is also a roof terrace with a beautiful view of the Schlossberg, which we can use.
Wir (Hala 27 und Paul 23) sind zwei Studenten, die neben dem Studium auch schon arbeiten. Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und studiere Mathematik und Geschichte auf Lehramt im 4Semester. Ich bin ein offener, herzlicher Mensch, der gerne sich mal in der gemütlichen Küche zusammen sitzt und über Gott und die Welt redet. Freue mich auf deine Anfrage.

Gesucht wird jemand, der ab Juli/August, spätestens im September einzieht. Das Zimmer ist leider nur befristet zu haben. Auszugsdatum wären entweder der 31.01.2024, 29.02.2024 oder 31.03.2024. Über alle Angaben kann natürlich geredet werden. auch bei der Kaution. Ablöse ist KEINE zu zahlen.
We are looking for someone who will move in from July/August, or in September at the latest. Unfortunately, the room is only available for a limited time. Move-out date would be either 01/31/2024, 02/29/2024 or 03/31/2024. All information can of course be discussed. Also the deposit.
