Im September ziehe ich (Lea) aus meinem schönen, 25m2-Zimmer aus, um nach Mailand ins Auslandssemester zu gehen. Deswegen wird mein Zimmer von September bis einschließlich Jannuar frei (vielleicht sogar bis mitte Februar). Es ist vollmöbliert und dir würde ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Komode, Kleiderschrank und Kleiderstange so wie einem Schlafsofa zur verfügung stehen. Es ist ein Sonniges Zimmer mit großen Fenstern die einer ruhigen Straße zugewand sind. Die Miete beträgt monatlich 462€ (inklusive Heizung, Strom, Betriebskosten und Internet).
Das Zimmer ist eines von 4 in einer 110m² großen Altbauwohnung. Sie hat 2 Badezimmer (eines mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und das andere mit Dusche und WC), eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Balkon mit Blick in den ruhigen Innenhof, einen Garten zur Mitbenutzung sowie ein absperrbares Kellerabteil. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und ist nur 150m vom Augartensteg entfernt.
Dear futurer resident of a super nice shared apartment!
In September I'm moving out of my beautiful 25m2 room to go to Milan for my semester abroad. That's why my room will be available from September up to and including January (maybe even until mid-February). It is fully furnished and you would have a bed, desk, dresser, closet and clothing rack as well as a sofa bed at your disposal. It is a sunny room with large windows facing a quiet street. The monthly rent is 462€ (including heating, electricity, running costs and internet).
The room is one of 4 in a 110m² old building apartment. It has 2 bathrooms (one with shower and washing machine and the other with shower and toilet), a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard, a garden for shared use and a lockable basement compartment. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is only 150m away from the Augartensteg.

Der Augarten ist in 1 Minute zu erreichen. Hofer, Lidl und Citypark befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Straßenbahnlinien 4 und 5 sind in 5 Gehminuten, die Buslinien 39 und 67 in 3 Gehminuten erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du auch schnell auf jeder Uni/FH. Trotzdem ist die Straße sehr ruhig und du kannst im Sommer mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
The Augarten can be reached in 1 minute. Hofer, Lidl and Citypark are in the immediate vicinity. The streetcar lines 4 and 5 are within 5 minutes walking distance, the bus lines 39 and 67 within 3 minutes walking distance. By bike you are also quickly at any university/FH. Nevertheless, the street is very quiet and you can sleep with an open window in the summer.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner:innen wären Simon (26), Florina (28) und Karthik(25).
Zu den Hobbys deiner zukünftigen Mitbewohner gehören das Bouldern, Essen, Wandern und Skifahren.
Simon hat letztes Jahr sein Lehramtsstudium Mathe/Physik begonnen, geht gerne Klettern, Biken und Slacklinen, mag Esel und ist sonst für jeden Blödsinn zu haben.
Florina arbeitet an ihrem Phd in Meteorologie und Glaziologie an der KF, geht so oft es geht auf Skitour oder sonst irgendwie in den Schnee oder den Norden. Außerdem hat sie ein Klavier, das sie gelegentlich spielt.
Karthik hat in Graz studiert und fängt im September an hier zu arbeiten. Er liebt es seine Freunde zu bekochen. Offt kocht er zu viel und es bleibt etwas für die WG übrig.
Drei additional Funfacts: wir sind Katzen-People, unsere kollektiver Lieblingsfarbton ist Grün und Pizza ist auch kalt nice.
Wir sind sehr offen, unkompliziert und definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Ab und zu wird gemeinsam etwas unternommen, aber auch genug Platz für den persönlichen Freiraum gelassen.
Your new roommates:inside would be Simon (26), Florina (28) and Karthik(25).
Your future roommates' hobbies include bouldering, eating, cooking, hiking and skiing.
Simon started his teaching degree in Math/Physics last year, likes climbing, biking and slacklining, likes donkeys and is otherwise up for any shenanigans.
Florina is working on her Phd in Meteorology and Glaciology at KF, goes ski touring or otherwise into the snow or north as often as she can. She also has a piano that she plays occasionally.
Karthik studied in Graz and starts working here in September. He loves to cook for his friends. Often he cooks too much and there is something left over for the WG.
Three additional funfacts: we are cat people, our collective favorite color is green and pizza is also cold fine.
We are very open-minded and uncomplicated. Every now and then we do something together, but also leave enough room for personal space.
