Eine sehr helle und geräumige Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Schlossberg. Die Küche und das Bad sind sehr neu und gemütlich. Der gesamte Raum ist ziemlich warm, auch im Winter.
Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und offener Kleiderschrank sind bereits im Mietpreis enthalten.
A very bright and spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Schlossberg. The kitchen and the bathroom are very new and comfy. The entire space is quite warm, even during winter.
Bed, desk, chair and clothing hanger are already included in the rent.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt nach der Mur, in sehr guter Lage sowohl zur Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt (~7 min zu Fuß) als auch zur Erreichbarkeit öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel (200m vom Griesplatz).
Eine Billa ist ganz in der Nähe (300m), es gibt auch einen Hofer und einen Spar (~6 min). Wenn Sie noch etwas brauchen, ist das Einkaufszentrum CityPark ~15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Wenn Sie ein Fahrrad haben, finden Sie auch Platz im Innenhof, das Tor ist auch in der Nacht zugesperrt.
Der zentrale Öffi-Knotenpunkt Jakominiplatz befindet sich 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Die verschiedenen Unis sind in wenigen Minuten erreicht (neue und alte TU: 5 Gehminuten; KFU: 10 Rad-Minuten; MedUni: 15 Rad-Minuten; KUG: 4 Rad-Minuten).
The apartment is right after the Mur, in a very good position both for reaching the city center (~7 min by foot) and for reaching public transport (200m from Griesplatz).
A Billa is very near (300m), there is also an Hofer and a Spar (~6 min). If you need anything more the CityPark mall is ~15min by foot.
If you have a bicycle there is also space for it in the inner garden, for which the gate is locked at night.
The central public transport hub Jakominiplatz is a 7-minute walk away. The various universities can be reached in a few minutes (new and old TU: 5 minutes on foot; KFU: 10 minutes by bike; MedUni: 15 minutes by bike; KUG: 4 minutes by bike).
Es gibt noch zwei weitere Mitbewohner, ein Mädchen aus Deutschland und einen Mann aus Spanien. Sie sind beide sehr ruhige, saubere und nette Leute.
There are two other roomates, a girl from Germany and a guy from Spain. They are both very quiet, clean and nice people.
